Everything you'll need for a memorable vacation is a short 7 minute or less walk away: Two championship golf courses featuring unsurpassed views of the mountains and Phoenix, restaurants, grocery store, drug store, children's playgrounds, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts.

The home will accommodate up to 6 guests in comfort. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare delicious meals, or alternatively, enjoy one of the 3 restaurants that are a short walk from the house.

This home is uniquely located across the street from a large park with Basketball hoop, BBQ and spacious field to play soccer or football. There are countless parks and playgrounds to enjoy as well. Walk or bike to have dinner at local Restaurants. Play a round of golf, then have lunch at the golf course on the patio overlooking the course.

Sleeps 6 people: one king bed (main floor), one queen bed (upstairs), and two full beds (upstairs), one queen pullout couch with upgraded memory foam mattress(main floor), one full pull out couch with upgraded memory foam mattress, One twin pull out couch with upgraded memory foam mattress(upstairs) There are two full bathrooms (one main floor, one upstairs) and one half bathroom (main floor). You'll also find a fully functional eat-in kitchen, large dining room, upstairs den, desk, covered lanai, BBQ, covered porch, washer & dryer, Internet TV, and Wifi.

Parking is available in the driveway at the back of the house or on the street in front of the house.

Suzanne was a very gracious host. Her communication before, during, and upon checkout was excellent. The house was amazing and was very close to the wedding venues we attended and to all of the sights we wanted to see while in Arizona. I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a great vacation spot in Arizona.

The property itself and location were excellent. That being said, I have never felt more uncomfortable in a home then I did at this property. From the way the owner communicated and came across, I got the feeling that they really don't like people in their home but maybe have to do it for financial reasons. While staying one night I got really cold so my husband turned the heat up and then at 9:30pm I got a text from the owner saying they didn't want anyone touching the thermostat. We didn't even want to use the BBQ because they wanted you to replace any propane you use! To me that's a bit much, we paid a lot of money to stay there. Upon checkout I was sure to do literally everything on their checklist because I didn't want to miss anything, then once we left that morning the owner started asking questions wanting to make sure we did everything. Even asking if we closed the gate. After this stay we have decided to just stay at a hotel from now on so at least we feel comfortable.

Enjoy sunrise from the balcony, relax in the quiet backyard, walk to Main St. ...this home is your relaxing vacation away from home. The owners are wonderful to work with and very responsive with all communication! The home is well appointed and comfortable. Wonderful Family Retreat for Long or Short Term

Suzanne is a wonderful host and always available if needed. The home is in an ideal place in Verrado - walkable to Main Street, playgrounds, golf, dining and hiking trails. The neighborhood is very family friendly and welcoming. We will be visiting again!

Wonderful Verrado home

We stayed at this home for a wedding at Verrado golf club and it was the perfect location. The home is very nice as pictured and extremely clean. It is walking distance to the town and pool area and provided plenty of space for us. Just down the road from the Vic restaurant which has fantastic views and wonderful in the evening. I would highly recommend this home if you are in this area - you will not be disappointed. One note is to make sure you review the check-out list prior to leaving as there are several things to do.

Beautiful house, beautiful neighborhood

We got stuck looking for a place at the last minute for my team's spring trip to Phoenix when our original house was still under construction. The owners of this house were incredibly understanding and helpful, and the house was absolutely perfect for us. There were a few minor issues with the entry code and one of the toilet's, but the owners were incredibly accessible and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great from start to finish. The house is big and spacious, and fit the 10 of us very comfortably. In addition, Verrado is a beautiful planned community, with a grocery store less than a mile from the house. There's a very nice park right out the front door too, with a grill and a basketball court, which we took advantage of during the perfect evenings. I've stayed in numerous rentals during my years as a coach, and this is one of the best values I've ever seen.
