House to rest from the hustle and bustle of the City, with beautiful views of the lake of Chapala 180 degrees and mountains around it! Located in a gated community with 24 hour security in the San Juan Cosala Jalisco Raquet Club.

Enjoy a large terrace to admire nature and live with the family. sundecks on the terrace and dining table. With a privileged climate. (considered the 2nd best in the world by National Geographic).
Ideal to spend relaxing days. With all the amenities nearby. Restaurants and SPA within the same area.
Only 15 min. from the town of Ajijic. Pharmacy, grocery stores and supermarket, clinic and hospital; everything very close.
 4 (four) spacious bedrooms and 3 (three) full bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen: stove, refrigerator, appliances, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and toaster oven. Crockery, glasses, cutlery and pots.

Garden with beautiful typical plants of the region such as bugambilias, and garage for 2 cars with electric gate.
