It was a convenient location. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean, but we had to buy our own water because the water bottle was empty in the room.
This Casa was wonderful. 10 min walk to plaza. Beds are comfortable Very warm during our stay. Some days we’re in the 90’s but the air conditioning n fans were perfect. Also having a washer was very accommodating. Would rent again on my returns. !!!! Gracias !

We really liked the look of the house. Very Mexican and walkable to lots of shopping and restaurants. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was great to have. The upstairs rooftop was a great place to sit and enjoy the scenery. Beds were comfortable as well. Well furnished kitchen.
Great town location in upper unit. Construction is on-going in unit below (Nov '25). A/C is good in bedrooms, kitchen well-stocked, small bathroom with shower, nice Saltillo tile flooring. Washer and dryer are on the rooftop and operable. Very responsive owner. Clean and comfortable. Rear bedroom is quietest.

Our host was exceptionally accommodating, taking the time to patiently address each of our inquiries with care and thoroughness. We truly appreciated this open communication, which made us feel at ease reaching out for assistance. The location itself was fantastic, conveniently situated near a variety of shopping options, delightful restaurants, and accessible bus routes, making our stay even more enjoyable.
We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. The apartment is centrally located and convenient to all that Ajijic has to offer. Though we didn't cook there, the kitchen is very well-equipped. The bed was comfortable, and we felt right at home. The view from the rooftop is beautiful and it was convenient to use the washer and dryer there. Arturo was a kind, responsive, and flexible host. A free cleaning of the apartment was offered mid-week. All in all, a great place to stay.

This property is right in the middle of Ajijic. Short walks for shopping of any kind, plenty of restaurants and a few blocks from the lake. The apartment is not fancy, as the price might indicate, but is clean and comfortable. Arturo is a very accommodating host. Staying in this apartment lets you feel and experience the true energy of this beautiful country.
The house was great. The location is great. Next to lots of eating establishments. Near 2 banks (ATMs). Near the Lake Chapala Society, all within 5 or 6 blocks. The neighbors and neighborhood are so friendly and kind. The host was on it. When we needed anything, he made sure his on call maintenance guy was there. Not sure how he did this in Mexico but the guy was here within 1 or 2 hours even on a Sunday. Love the place and the host. So sad to leave.

It was ok. There needs to be a blanket in the front bedroom. We learned there was only Netflix. Could be cleaner. Great view from the rooftop deck. Kitchen small but well appointed. Nice to have the mini splits in the bedrooms. Overall, ok.

Everything was as described. I may have missed the Information that no drinking water would be provided by host. I asked host if there was a water filtration system for the property as I couldn’t see anything under the kitchen sink. I was informed there was not and that water was not suitable for drinking. Host informed me that drinking eater would not be provided. Subsequent to my informing host that a cleaning mop was left out, and that we were provided drinking water at the previous bed and breakfast where we stayed, host offered to have water brought to property. By that time I had already provided two 3 gallon bottles myself so the offer was not accepted.
