Casa Colorado - Casa Del Angel Feliz - 3-bed house with pool in Ajijic West.
Canadian-managed. A brand-new architect-designed 3-bedroom house, well-outfitted.
Perfect for digital nomads with kid(s) or for 2-3 couples travelling together for a couple of weeks to two to three months.
Snowbirds, sunbirds, prospective retirees, and birders enjoy the area.
Pool, ample patio, propane grill. Heat and air-conditioning (please use only as needed). Black-out curtains for a good sleep, remote control gates for easy entrance. One bedroom has a desk and chair for remote work. Secure parking for four cars. A 55" smart TV. Quiet with double-glazed windows. Mesquite trees, a guayaba tree, lime and lemon trees (not yet mature), and a mango tree. A potted herb garden outside the kitchen.
Located on the Carretera, a 36-min walk from Ajijic Plaza. Or 7-min drive from Calle Colon if no traffic. Most guests will choose to have a car. 7-minute walk to three very good restaurants and to the lakeshore.
It has just been completed in October 2023.
This is a stand-alone house, is not part of any condo community.
We offer a lower rate for minimum 3 months in April to October 2025
