This pretty studio is the ideal base for exploring the historic center of Dijon. Located in the heart of the wine coast region, it is also perfect for exploring the wine and culinary heritage offered by the Burgundy region.

Particularly charming thanks to its exposed beams, the studio is emblematic of Dijon history. Ideally oriented, it offers calm, light and comfort.

Well appointed and functional, the apartment is composed of an entrance and 3 separate areas: kitchen and dining room, living / sleeping area as well as a bathroom with a shower.
For young and old alike to have a pleasant stay, a baby arrangement is available. Children are moreover welcome.

Enjoy Dijon Like a Local!

The host was wonderful and very helpful. The apartment is close to everything! Best of all is just steps away from the gastronomic route. This place is fitted with everything you need to enjoy your Dijon experience! We liked the fact that it is a "Smoke Free" flat. The unit itself is very quaint and you will really feel like you are local citizen. France is beautiful and Dijon was AWESOME! I recommend the Tour of the Owl! Merci!

Nel complesso la città ci è piaciuta molto ...l'alloggio nel complesso soddisfacente. Punti negativi: solo tre cuscini a disposizione (eravamo in 4!), Il divano letto non aveva nessuna biancheria per essere preparato, non c'erano asciugamani in bagno ...nessuno! Appartamento caldo e senza aria condizionata o deumidificatore!?

Wunderbar für eine kurze Stadtbesichtigung

Für sehr große Menschen eher schwierig, wegen der eingeschränkten Deckenhöhe. Ansonsten super gelegen für einen kurzen Stadtaufenthalt. Sehr nett und unkompliziert auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Perfekt für Paare und am besten nicht in der heissesten Jahreszeit. Für uns war es genau richtig!

Studio sympa mais...

Ce petit studio est joliment arrangé. Il est bien situé au centre-ville de Dijon et permet de visiter le centre historique de la ville à pied. Cependant il n'est pas adapté à des personnes âgées. Les bagages sont difficiles à monter au 2ème étage sans ascenseur. Pas de possibilités de stationnement dans la rue même le temps de monter les bagages. Parking à 50 mètres. De plus le lit étant coincé contre le mur et des poutres, il faut enjamber son conjoint pour entrer ou sortir du lit.

Alloggio affascinante

L'alloggio è affascinante: una mansarda a pochi passi dal centro della città, con le travi del tetto in vista e la vista sui tetti degli edifici vicini. Davanti c'è un parcheggio (Condorcet) comodo e dai prezzi davvero contenuti (€ 7,80 per 24 ore con possibilità di fare il biglietto per più giorni). E' ideale per 2 persone. In 4 bisogna aprire il divano letto e quindi spostare il tavolino e metterlo davanti ad armadio e cassettiera (il lettino per bambini da campeggio e il seggiolone non aiutano: li metterei solo su richiesta degli ospiti), rendendone l'uso praticamente impossibile. Metterei anche del sapone liquido di riserva a disposizione (quello che c'era era già stato abbondantemente diluito). Quando abbiamo lasciato l'alloggio e riordinato il divano letto, abbiamo trovato una mutanda dimenticata da chissà chi. Riterrei opportuno inoltre controllare meglio l'interno dei mobili della cucina: briciole nei cassetti e bottiglie vuote abbandonate da altri non fanno buona impressione.

Chouette séjour

Appartement petit mais confortable. Bien que nous ayons un peu souffert de la chaleur (ancienne construction, sous les toits). Idéal pour un court séjour en famille (Nous étions 4: 2 adultes enfants de 7 et 10 ans) Très bien situé : Nous avons laissé la voiture au parking juste à côté (7,8€ les 24 h), puis nous avons tout fait à pieds. Isabelle est très accueillante et disponible.

nous avons passe une tres bonne nuit dans ce charmant appartement vraiment tres proche du centre historique de Dijon ce qui nous aura permis de decouvrir cette ville malgres le peu de temps ou nous y restions. l'appartement est petit mais suffisant pour une petite famille. nous y avons passe un bon sejour et le prix de location est honnete nous gardons l'adresse pour un eventuel retour sur place
