Ancient paths descends to San Terenzo, to the Venere Azzurra beach and to Lerici, while bus services are useful to come back home.
The road connecting the villages of Pugliola, Solaro to Pitelli is perfect for running in the tree shadow and mountainbike trail are all around. From Lerici peer easy ferry boat connections to 5 Terre by and Portovenere, or by car (45 minutes to Riomaggiore) or by train from La Spezia Station (10 minutes La Spezia- Riomaggiore then Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso). On the east side f the gulf: the village of Tellaro and the beaches of Baia Blu, Venere Azzurra and Fiasherino, the lost village of Montemarcello, Bocca di Magra and the medieval city of Sarzana.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Lerici

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Torretta in Pugliola, oberhalb von Lerici war fantastisch. Die Lage ist aussergewöhnlich mit Blick auf das Meer, einem herrlichen Pool und umgeben von viel Grün mit Pinien und Olivenbäumen. Lerici ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Cinque Terre, Pisa oder Lucca zu besuchen. Das Haus war sauber, gut eingerichtet und ideal für eine Familie mit 4 Personen. Der Zugang zu einen Privatparkplatz in der Altstadt von Lerici ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur und mit dem Personal vor Ort war sehr klar und angenehm. Wir haben unsere Ferien hier sehr genossen und können das Haus ohne Vorbehalte weiter empfehlen.

I live inside the property with my family, since 1975. We car of the garden, of the plants and we have opened our beatiful place to guests since 2012.

Why they chose this property

Because my family and I we live in this property since 1975, and we care of it, of the garden with hundreds of olive trees, palm trees and most of the specific Med fauna. And we have restored this typical Ligurian house in 2004.

What makes this property unique

In the quiet of a private park, at the first and second floor of a typical Ligurian house of two units in total, the all apartment and its terrace have a terrific view on the open sea and the islands of the Gulf of Poets (see the picture). Parking close to home.
Private not exclusive swimming pool and tennis court in synthetic ground inside the garden. 5 Terre are not so far, Portovenere, Pisa then in the evening back hom ein the calm of the olives hill.
