Incredible, private and peaceful home for a family holiday

This is an amazing house situated in the most peaceful and beautiful nature spot. The facilities are excellent. The owners are the nicest people you will meet. It’s is wonderfully maintained and Sandra made such an effort to make sure we had all the information we needed for a hassle free stay. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Beautiful Tuscany

This beautiful property was wonderfully located for us, about 20 minutes away from the town of Aulla. We were surrounded entirely by nature, wild boars, deer, and musical bird song greeted us every morning !! The property owner could not have been more friendly if she had tried, we would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Great house - stunning location

This has to one of our favourite houses we have stayed at. Secluded location with 180 degrees view of the hillsides, lovely pool right at the house, great outdoor and indoor areas, large and well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Sandra or host welcomed us and is super responsive to Any request. We had one minor isse fyring our 2 weekend stay - sit was Solvej within 20min.

Soggiorno meraviglioso. L'host è stata super gentile e disponibile nel darmi tutte le informazioni e gli aiuti di cui avevo bisogno. La casa è meravigliosa, più bella dal vivo che nelle foto. Super casa, super piscina, super giardino, super parcheggio. Non sono mai stato in una villa così bella ed elegante, rifinita con cura in ogni dettaglio. Qui ti senti a casa in mezzo alla natura nel massimo confort e relax e tranquillità. Tutto perfettamente pulito ed ordinato. La padrona di casa è gentilissima e disponibile. Non vedo l'ora di tornare e soggiornare per un periodo più lungo.

2 Wochen im Paradies

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Nespolo. An der Zufahrt zur Villa angekommen die starke Steigung gesehen und meine erste Reaktion: „Hier fahr ich nicht runter!!!“ Kurz drauf ein Herz gefasst, alles kein Problem. Der Weg ins Paradies kann auch mal etwas beschwerlich sein. Sandra, die super deutsch spricht, und Ihr Mann Francesco, haben uns ganz herzlich empfangen, und uns alles gezeigt und erklärt, herausragende Gastgeber! Das Haus ist ein absolutes Traumhaus in einer wundervollen Lage, dass liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Es fehlt an nichts, die Ausstattung ist hochwertig, Inventar der Küche lässt nichts vermissen. Überall sind Moskitonetze verbaut und es stehen Standventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern. Dank des Steinhauses, waren es trotz 37 Grad Außentemperatur im Haus angenehme 25 Grad. Ach ja, noch nie haben wir ein so sauberes Haus übergeben bekommen! Nun nach draußen, der Außenpool und die schöne Terrasse waren für uns DAS Highlight! Aufgrund seiner Lage, das Grundstück liegt in einem Wald, Hanglage mit Blick ins Grüne, kein Nachbar zu sehen und zu hören hat man einen tollen Blick. Wer dennoch etwas erleben möchte, kann Tagesausflüge nach Pisa, Luca, Cinque Terre oder Carrara machen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und ausreichend vorhanden (Conad, Lidl, Penny). Am Haus selbst gibt es keine Möglichkeit, sein eAuto zu laden. Das ist allerdings kein Problem, da auf dem Conad Parkplatz eine 50 kW Enel X Ladesäule steht

Zwei Wochen auf Il Nespolo waren traumhaft. Die Ruhe, der Pool, das sehr schöne sowie top eingerichtete Ferienhaus und jeden Abend - auf der anderen Seite des Zaunes - die Wildschweinfamilie auf der Wiese unterhalb - all das und noch viel mehr hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir nächstes Jahr wiederkommen. Einziges (kleines) Manko: die direkte Zufahrt mit starker Steigung ist herausfordernd, aber machbar ;-) Wir freuen uns aufs nächste Jahr!!!

Traumhaus in super Lage

Das Haus ist ein absolutes Traumhaus in einer wundervollen Lage. Mitten in der Natur, absolute Ruhe und keine störenden Nachbarn. Wer Ruhe und Erholung abseits der Touristengebiete sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Auf der Wiese vor dem Grundstück kann man sogar Rehe und Wildschweine beobachten. Das Haus ist absolut sauber und top ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts und falls doch, sind Sandra und ihr Mann jederzeit erreichbar. Der Kontakt war toll, sehr freundlich und sofort um Hilfe und Unterstützung bemüht. Das Haus ist großzügig gestaltet und räumlich gut aufgeteilt. Das gesamte Grundstück ist eingezäunt uns somit sehr gut für einen Aufenthalt mit Hund geeignet. Das absolute Highlight ist aber die tolle Terrasse mit dem Pool und dem Blick in die Natur und Berge. Mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten stehen auf der Terrasse zur Verfügung um die Zeit, auch bei nicht so schönem Wetter draußen verbringen zu können. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und ausreichend vorhanden. Restaurants gibt es ebenfalls zur Genüge. Ein Auto, mit genügend Bodenfreiheit ist jedoch sehr empfehlenswert, da die Anfahrt zum Haus über eine etwas unebene Zufahrt erfolgt, was aber kein Problem darstellt. Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und einem Hund vor Ort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank liebe Sandra und Francesco für diesen schönen Aufenthalt.

Traumwoche in der Toskana

Wir (vier Erwachsene und zwei Hunde) hatten eine tolle Woche in Sandras Haus. Der Empfang war super herzlich und das Haus hat uns begeistert. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist top! Der wunderschöne und eingezäunte Garten war für die Vierbeiner ein Traum. Und das Highlight ist der Pool. Wir wollen wieder kommen und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Sandra und ihr Mann sind tolle Gastgeber und sind auch jederzeit erreichbar, sollte man fragen haben. Danke, dass ihr einen so tollen Ort geschaffen habt.

Urlaub für die Seele

Sandra, die Hauseigentümerin, hat uns super herzlich empfangen, uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Das Haus liegt wunderschön, etwas abseits direkt an einem großen Wald. Abends besuchen einen hier und da auch Waldbewohner, wie Wildschweine und Füchse. Sehr erholsam und ruhig gelegen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Außenpool und die schöne Terrasse sind das Highlight des Hauses. Wir haben hier 11 wunderbare Tage erlebt und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub bei Sandra! Traumobjekt in naturnaher Umgebung

Wir waren und sind überwältigt von diesem wunderschönen Haus in idyllischer Umgebung. Die Gastgeberin Sandra kümmert sich herzlich um ihre Gäste und legt sehr viel Wert darauf, dass sie sich wohl fühlen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und wurde sehr sauber an uns übergeben. Der eingezäunte Garten war perfekt für unsere beiden Hunde und wir konnten daran angrenzend Rehe, Wildschweine und sogar Füchse beobachten. Unser Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert wenn man dem Trubel des Alltags entkommen möchte. Ein Besuch im nahegelegenem italienischen "Mauro" ist ein absolutes Muss!

Traumurlaub mitten in der Natur

Wir hatten im Haus von Sandra und Francesco unvergessliche Ferien und haben die Abgelegenheit des Hauses sehr genossen. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet, unglaublich sauber und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist etwas abgelegen und man fährt ein bisschen aber genau das hat uns gefallen. Die Straßen sind alle befestigt und die Stadt Aulla sowie die Autobahn welche einen nach La Spezia oder auch nach Lerici fuhren sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Highlight war natürlich auch der tolle Pool, der zum Entspannen eingeladen hat. Rundum ein super Urlaub! Grazie!

Jederzeit wieder

Liebe Sandra, wir haben Ihr schönes Haus mit dem wunderbaren Aussenbereich und dem Pool so sehr genossen. Das Anwesen liegt herrlich ruhig. Die (für uns sehr wichtige ) Privatsphäre war jederzeit garantiert. Wir konnten Rehe beobachten und auch halbwüchsige Wildschweine schauten öfter mal am Grundstück vorbei. Aber besonders hatten es uns Sandras zuckersüße und superliebe zwei Katzen angetan, die mit auf dem Grundstück leben. Wir waren sehr gern die Ersatzeltern dieser lieben Samtpfötchen. Von Sandras überaus herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Art wurde schon so viel geschrieben. Das können wir genau so bestätigen! Wir blicken auf einen wunderschönen Urlaub zurück und können dieses Haus nur jedem empfehlen. Vielen herzlichen Dank, liebe Sandra.

Traumhafte Unterkunft in toller Lage

Haus und Grundstück sind wunderschön eingerichtet bzw. angelegt sowie sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der Ausblick in die Natur ist grandios. Der Pool sorgte bei durchgehend heißen Tagen für wohltuende Abkühlung und wurde von uns reichlich genutzt. Trotz der Hitze war es im Haus angenehm kühl. Von Tresana aus haben wir tolle Tagesausflüge nach Florenz, Lucca, Pisa, Cinque Terre und Portovenere gemacht. Sandra hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war für uns bei Nachfragen immer schnell erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die tollen zwei Wochen, die leider viel zu schnell vorübergingen...

Wonderful house in quiet surroundlngs

Everything is exactly as written in the ad. A wonderful house with all the facilities you need. Sandra was the perfect host and even came to meet us miles away when we managed to drive the wrong way.. 😅. The house and pool is very nice and very clean. It’s very secluded and quiet. Das Haus war wunderschön und sehr sauber und heimelig. Sandra hat uns ganz lieb willkommen geheissen, sie hat uns sogar in Aulla abgeholt (da das Haus abseits ist und mit dem Navi schwierig zu finden war).
