Such a great location!!

It was just the best location! It was wonderful being in eyesight of the beach and pool! The walk to the handful of shops and restaurants was very easy and pleasant as well! And I love that I felt like I was at the beach when I was indoors with its colors and decor.

Perfect little getaway

Lovely condo, oceanfront with balcony and seating. Just perfect for a beach getaway. Close to restaurants and right on the beach. Quiet condo building with parking and elevator. Loved our stay.

Mayo Clinic visits

Had tests and procedure at Mayo Clinic and decided to stay in a condo on the beach versus a hotel that would be the same or more costs! This condo was nice and in a smaller complex with not so many people. It was our home for the week and we enjoyed it!

We enjoyed our stay. Great location and beautiful ocean views. Master bath shower faucets were very corroded and should be replaced . Kitchen was great but need some pans with Teflon. We loved the area.

Lovely 2 bed, 2 bath condo on the ocean. Lovely winter mornings spent sipping coffee and watching the sunrise! Comfy furniture and kitchen full of cooking supplies.

The property was as advertised with so many beautiful decorating touches. The balcony was so close to the ocean and the perfect weather helped make it a wonderful time. The place was very clean and no problems whatsoever. We appreciated the outdoor furniture on the balcony and also the chairs for the beach. The kitchen was well furnished (but you need a new toaster.)

The condo itself needs updating, especially the bathrooms. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet (lipstick on coffee mugs-obviously not washed). Reached out to host 3 times with NO response about missing garage opener, TV in master BR not working and a late check out time request. The location is wonderful. Great beach access, walking to restaurants and view from balcony beautiful. Pool was great and not crowded. We had a good 3 night stay.

Colorful Condo

This condo was adequate and met our needs. However , I would recommend new mattresses and extra bath towels. Also, the keys did not work for pool bathrooms.

Great location and beautiful ocean view! Condo is small but comfy. The bathroom/showers need to be updated. We had an issue with our key to the pool bathroom and management never responded. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. We loved being close enough to walk to some restaurants!

Condo in the beach and great access to amenities. But property in need of upgrade. The plumbing/water pressure is in need of upgrade. Overall clean and plenty of great chairs and items to use to have for the beach. Towels, dishes and beach chairs. The master bedroom isn’t very private but works.

Perfect!

Couldn't have asked for more! Very clean, very cozy and the location and view was amazing. Parking was also a great perk. My only category not a 5 was that the location to pick up the keys was about 15 minutes away. Not a major issue just a bit inconvenient. I will stay here again no question!

Pretty nice

The condo needs a little TLC — ballast in the kitchen light needs to be replaced, ice maker doesn’t work, the hot and cold handles in one of the showers are corroded.

O reall a nice stay but this property needs better communication. I paid but never heard from anyone until I called when we were outside the building. No directions o. keys etc. Master bedroom shower needs total redo. Sink faucet as well. Not horrible but irritating. Pool was nice and overall feel of condo. Cleaning could be improved. View great.

Little piece of Heaven on the beach

We loved this condo! The cheerful decor made us smile everywhere we looked. The unit was perfectly stocked with everything we needed for our 8 day stay. I loved that there was a gated garage and we felt safe the entire stay. This 4th floor unit was easily accessible and has an elevator for added convenience. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. This is where we spent the majority of our time. The unit was super comfy and had way more room then a hotel room. There was plenty to do in Jacksonville and the surrounding area. Highly recommend the free local 'Beaches Museum' to learn about the area . Restaurants were within walking distance. We hated to leave. We would definitely come back.

Amazing Sunrises!!!

Our overall stay at the condo was very good. It was clean and comfortable. We were there in late December so it was too chilly for outdoor amenities, The highlight of the stay was getting up every morning and watching the sunrise from the outdoor deck. The only issue we had was with the TV. Some of our family wanted to watch football bowl games but the Xfinity subscription was not allowing us to watch anything. The TVs were not Smart TVs so we were a little lost at first. We finally came up with a work around but it was not the best. Also if you can let the next guest know that the remote control to the garage is in the room. It took up a little bit to figure that out after walking all around looking for a pad code.

Great location Cozy Comfortable

This was perfect for us we enjoyed the sunrise on the porch and evening chats on the couch overlooking the beach. It had everything we needed but we had issues figuring out the internet I sent a message and didn’t hear back. We just used our hot spot on phones to access our computer WiFi to make plans etc. it was simple and yet had all we needed for thanksgiving on the beach. We walked to places around which was nice. There was ample parking. Bed was comfortable and we loved hearing the waves with the screen to porch open all night. We didn’t use the pool it was too cold outside. The fees are expensive more than the cost of the rental. It was quiet colorful and cozy. Well stocked kitchen. I would feel safe here alone if I weren’t with my husband and may return for a solo trip. Normally we stay in a different home on the beach but this will definitely be my back up in the future. It would be my first choice but the fees make it not as affordable.

Do Not Stay Here

I have 116 photos of the issues with this rental. The photos on the VRBO website look nothing like the actual rental. The rental was dirty, mold on the walls, filthy carpets, and it smelled bad. We had door lock issues and nobody from VRBO, the owner or the building maintenance ever called us back. My husbands fixed the door himself. We actually left a day early. We couldn't take it anymore. We did NOT enjoy our stay in this unit. Definitely NOT work the money I spent to stay here. I even had to pay a cleaning fee that the place was filthy!! I have many photos of it all if you'd like me to share them. If I don't have a response from this, my family, friends and I will never use VRBO again. Absolutely terrible experience.

Several issues

Pool bathroom padlocked at all times. Had to use our unit bathroom. INCONVENIENT! Construction debris in pool from roofers. Couldn’t use the pool at all. Reserved parking space was taken by construction materials, we had to park a 2nd car down 3 blocks. Beds are absolutely the worst. Throw them out! No hooks to hang wet shower towels in master bath. One roll toilet paper in the entire place For 4 people 4 days? We purchased our own and left several rolls. Incomplete and inaccurate arrival instructions. The worst! These need rewritten. I pity the net guest. Garage sensor never worked we had another guest let us out of the garage after we checked out. Couldn’t find a broom until we were walking out that was hidden behind the washer/dryer. What!?!? Other than the ocean view from the unit and the beach access, that’s the only bonus!
