Villa Irene is a detached villa with a large private pool located at the top row of the Kalathos Heights villa community. The villa boasts captivating panoramic views of the Aegean sea and surrounding countryside. The fantastic amount of light, colours and breath taking views both when inside the villa or outdoors are what gives our guests an idyllic escape to this beautiful part of Rhodes.

Ideally located for a peaceful relaxing getaway, the villa is also within easy reach of local amenities, Lindos, the beach and a number of wonderful local tavernas and bars in Kalathos.

The villa sits in a tranquil, very private location. The interior includes:
*Modern open plan lounge and kitchen, *Luxurious walk in showers on both floors
*Downstairs bedroom with superking bed, *Light and spacious first floor double bedroom suite with 2 balconies and lounge area,
*Twin bedroom with sea view where there is a further balcony for gazing out to the Aegean.

Sunrises at Villa Irene are breath taking. A rising full moon is also a spectacular sight if you catch this part of the lunar cycle.

Three balconies, three captivating views, name your haven! With a choice of 3 balconies, the sun terrace, a shaded terrace and new BBQ terrace shaded by a Cypress tree, guests have a choice of places to enjoy sunrises, sunsets and everything in between.

The neighbourhood
Kalathos heights is the perfect place to experience the relaxed Greek vibe. There is a 4km stretch of almost deserted beach, all the essential amenities within a 5 minute drive including a number of tavernas, a fantastic Greek bakery and cafe, pharmacy, and further towards the beach is a general store. More tavernas are located along the beach road offering a greater choice to suit all tastes.
The main supermarket is a 5 minute drive.

Guests have the wonderful dilemma of beach or pool, Lindos or eating local, or a chill out day at the villa.

Absolutely stunning views and accommodation. We (family of 5) stayed for 10 nights and the villa had everything we needed and more. Fantastic communication throughout from the owners. Nice clean villa with amazing views. Great sized pool & an enjoyable place to hang out for the day if you can't be bothered with the beach. 1 or 2 issues with fixtures & fittings but they didn't detract from the experience. Good location for visiting nearby Lindos, Pefkos, Haraki etc. Car essential.

belle maison de vacances sur les hauteurs de kalathos sans vis à vis et très confortable . Piscine agréable et vue très appréciable ! We are a married couple based in the UK and fell in love with Rhodes on our first holiday there back in 2011. We bought Villa Irene in 2014 and have been hosting for 11 years. We love welcoming guests to share our little piece of this tranquil hillside paradise. As hosts, we are always on hand to help if needed, but never a part of the holiday.

As the locals put it 'look at the view'!
The villa is surrounded by the beautiful Greek countryside and being on the top level, it is not overlooked. For extra special moments, guests might see Deer roaming, listen to a Nightjar or watch the colourful Bee- eaters flyover with their distinctive call. Unforgettable holiday moments are the sunrises and sunsets from the villas unique vantage point.

What makes this property unique

The views are breath taking, even the Greeks are taken aback! The setting is very private with a choice of areas to unwind and relax. The large pool is much welcomed for cooling down. The villa is set away from the hustle and bustle, but within easy reach of everything.
