The house has 2 sleeping rooms to accommodate 4 in total and one living room. Kitchen has all the necessary equipment.

Amazing getaway in Almancil

Our stay at Almancil was amazing. The house was very clean and it had amazing facilities, such as the jacuzzi. There was a BBQ to our availability which resulted in a very nice evening with some grilled fish. The neighbourhood itself was very quiet and close to beautiful beaches and nice restaurants. The communication with the owner was really easy and nice. He helped us a lot with information, but also recommendations. In sum, my friends and I enjoyed our getaway and we would definitely come back! I would recommend this place to everyone who wants a relaxing stay in the Algarve.

Lovely Hot tub and Bathrooms

The owner was very quick answering any questions and sent lots of info When we needed the hot tub cleaning he got onto management and it was done by the next day It’s a beautiful and quite area with beautiful beaches and lots of top 5star Restaurants

Férias descansadas

Passámos uma excelente semana, 3 adultos e 3 crianças. Correu tudo muito bem, a casa era boa e limpa, com 3 casas de banho, e bem localizada. O jacuzzi foi um sucesso. Tudo na organização foi fácil, prático e sem más surpresas. So me tive que preocupar em divertir-me e descansar.

Good quality accommodation and excellent location

The villa was well equipped with the kitchen having everything that you needed. The bedrooms were comfortable and our teenage son slept well on the sofa bed. Living room was spacious and there was good WiFi. It is well situated with the beach accessible by foot with a range of shops and restaurants within 15 mins drive. When we were there it was very quiet with the pool almost to ourselves.

Mora Vale do Garrão

A casa estava em boa ordem. Espaçosa e bem apetrechada. A piscina do empreendimento fica realmente muito perto e é razoável embora a limpeza e os empregados não serem os melhores. A praia fica longe e só de carro é possível chegar lá sem grande esforço. A avaliação global é portanto positiva. Fico agora a aguardar a devolução da caução paga. Cumprimentos. Elisabete C. Silva

Boa tarde Elisabete e obrigado pela review. A questão da piscina está fora do meu controle dado a piscina ser uma extra a que as pessoas tem direito. Em relação à praia acho estranho o seu comentário dado ser possível caminhar para a praia através do pinhal e das dunas. É uma caminhada simples que demora normalmente 10-15 min dependendo da velocidade da pessoa. A caução foi devolvida como combinado. Espero que considere voltar. Melhores cumprimentos, David.

Excelente localização e bons espaços

Passamos 20 dias na casa no final de Agosto e início de Setembro de 2016. Os espaços são bons para a família, a casa está bem equipada e a localização é perfeita para que quer tranquilidade nas férias com tudo o que é preciso por perto incluindo boa praia e uma piscina agradável e ideal para famílias. Apesar de não termos conhecido pessoalmente o proprietário este foi simpático, respondendo com rapidez a todas as nossas questões e resolvendo prontamente qualquer intercorrência que surgisse. A melhorar para chegar às 5*: qualidade das almofadas, tamanho dos colchões (1,80m), lençóis e toalhas a precisar de seleção e interruptores eléctricos.

A Casa esta envolta numa zona muito pacifica e agradável, uma caminhada por entre a sombra dos pinheiros de 10 minutos e estamos na praia do Garrão. Foi uma semana ideal para desfrutar em sossego sem duvida.

Paz e sossego num Algarve extraordinário

Local extraordinário, com muito sossego e espaços verdes. Percurso de 10 a 15 min por uma parte de mata e dunas até chegarmos a uma excelente praia para caminhadas a pé. A casa e especialmente a cozinha está pensada com vários pormenores para facilitar a vida aos hóspedes. Seria bom que a TV tivesse um melhor sinal ... mas todo o espaço é muito agradável. Obrigada por aceitarem cães e pelas excelentes férias! Gostaríamos de voltar!!

Simpática casa !

Local muito aprazível , casa simpaticamente decorada , com tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia agradável ( faltando apenas um ar condicionado para ser perfeita ). A Localização a 100 m da piscina torna a ainda mais apetecivel . Gostei francamente !

A casa situa-se perto da praia e numa zona bastante fresca devido aos pinheiros e diversas zonas verdes disponíveis. Analisando as estatísticas da temperatura ao longo dos anos observa-se que a média da temperatura máxima não ultrapassa os 28 graus. Deste modo e em condições normais o ar condicionado não é necessário ao contrário da maioria do Algarve em zonas urbanas ou pouco frescas. Todavia, concordo que cada pessoa possa reagir dum modo diferente ao calor sendo que para pessoas mais sensíveis qualquer estadia no Algarve requer a disponibilidade de ar condicionado.

Excelent family holidays

The house is located in a very quiet place. It was August which is usually extremely crowded in the Algarve and it felt extremely peaceful. Lots of green everywhere. Very quiet pool to enjoy as a family. The house itself was extremely spacious - you could easily accomodate up to 6 people with lots of room. On the terrace you can enjoy evening meals in family. The house has a simple but well taken care of decoration. Definitely worth it for a relaxing holiday. The beach is nearby, but a car is still necessary if you have small kids like we do, as is normal in all of this area - it is very easy to park near the beach. You need the car anyway to enjoy the fabulous restaurants that are abundant in the Vale do Lobo area.

Thank you so much for the review. Indeed the car is necessary when staying at Vale do Garrão, since it is a very calm area. I personally walk to the beach and enjoy the route in the nature, others prefer to go by car. At the end whether you walk or use the car, it is always easy to reach any of the nearby beaches.
