The King’s Apartment is our new apartment located in a prime location in York City Centre. This exceptional property offers a very modern interior with the highest quality fixtures and fittings, offering a luxury finish to an already stunning property.
The apartment offers free parking just a short walk away, this magnificent two bedroom property is accessed through the building’s secure entrance door and up a flight of stairs to the first floor.
Heading into the apartment you will enter a hallway that leads to two spacious bedrooms, both offer high quality king sized beds with hotel quality bed linen. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV for your use.
The master bedroom has a luxury ensuite with shower and a dressing room. There is also an spacious separate family bathroom, with bath and shower over, providing extra space and comfort for the duration of your stay.
Heading into the living-dining area you will find a large open space, with extremely comfortable sofas and recliner chairs of a very high quality. A flat screen TV floor to ceiling double-glazed windows offering stunning views of King’s Square and York's famous City centre. The dining area offers a luxury wooden dining table seating four guests, providing the prefect place to sit and enjoy a relaxing meal after a long day exploring what York has to offer. The open plan kitchen is a decorated to a high standard with luxury facilities for your use. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need to create a delicious meal. This property also provides a separate utility room with a washer- dryer available for your use to make your stay in York the most comfortable it could be while providing all the home from home comforts you would want.

This apartment made our stay in York feel just like home. It was spacious, well equipped, and within walking distance of all we wanted to see. It was quaint on the outside but had all the modern amenities on the inside. Reading instructions helped us meet our challenges in figuring out how to work things. Highly recommend this apartment!

The apartment was very clean and ideal location for York. The stairs to unit are very steep, insure you are able to carry your luggage up and down. The living room area is very comfortable and the people watching is fabulous. The management is super fast to respond to all questions. Couple of tips the keys are located walking distance away from front door and very low to the ground. Again make sure you are able to to get off low step. Lastly our tip would be short showers if more than one staying as the hot water can take long time to come back 2-3 hours if boosted. Otherwise lovely apartment

Perfect for couples

Found this to be the perfect property for 2 couples. Spacious, very well equipped. Good beds and bedding and towels. Location great for getting to all attractions we wanted to visit. No milk sachets provided as stated in description and one tea bag however, local shops open late so wasn’t a problem.

Perfect Central Location

The apartment was exactly as per the photos and description, well laid out communal space and two great size bedrooms. Perfect central location for everything you want to do in York for which 48 hours was not enough so we will be back and wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Fantastic Location

We loved the location of this apartment right in the heart of the city overlooking Kings Square. Stepped outside and you are in the heart of the city with all the bars and restaurants. Apartment was really comfy and had everything we needed for a fabulous stay. Hosts were very responsive and the check in information was really easy to understand

We had an excellent visit to York. The Kings Apartment is wonderfully located for exploring York. The apartment was very clean and all appliances were in great working order. Beds were comfortable and the two full bathrooms were modern and extremely clean. Would highly recommend to future visitors of this wonderful English City.

Perfect mini break in York

The apartment was in perfectly central to all activities and about a 30 second walk from the Shambles. The space was plenty big for our family of four and clean/comfortable. The host was very responsive with good instructions/communication throughout. We would definitely book another stay and highly recommend York Boutique.

We will certainly return here again!

This is a lovely apartment right in the centre of York. The double glazing is good so noise from the street is minimised and we could sleep fine. The kitchen is well equipped so we could cook basic meals beyond just breakfast. comfortable lounge and dining area. beds are comfortable, shower pressure is good. washing machine works well and didn't shrink our clothes! only real drawback is that there is no lift and one fairly steep flight of stairs (though this is clearly stated) so I'd consider this if if travelling with a baby. Hosts were very responsive when we asked for a clothes airer and one was provided in less than 24 hours. overall an excellent stay and I would be very keen to stay here again next time we visit York.

Nice property in the heart of York

The Kings Apartments is a well appointed property right in the heart of York. That's a good and bad thing, depending upon your perspective. If you want to be right in the middle of everything, this is perfect. But you should keep in mind that the nightlife will be right outside your window. If you like that idea, this is perfect. If that nightlife bothers you, it might not be quite as perfect. But that's nothing the owners can control. Things that are in their control, like the way they maintain the property and furnish it, are very good!

Location was very convenient. Decor and layout of condo great. Master bath smells of mold, shower had some mold in grout. Bathroom faucet drips. Helpful if there were instructions how to use washer/dryer. Couldn't get clothes dry. Would have been nice to know ahead of time that only 1 roll of tp would be provided, if more needed we would need to purchase. ( Not used to that in the US) If the mold would be removed from shower this condo is a nice place to stay.

Very central, has everything!

Great apartment in the town centre, we loved staying here because we were clsoe to everything we could possibly need. Aaprmtnet was easy to find and instructions were clear! We settled in nicely and despite the openness of the apartment it felt very cosy. Great communication with office staff! Can't wait to come back <3
