The well-appointed kitchen area is fully equipped with modern appliances including an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, extractor hood, coffee machine, and a dishwasher. For added convenience, the kitchen area also houses a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The bathroom is complete with a toilet, sink, and shower cubicle, featuring comfortable underfloor heating.
