Spacious and very bright apartment located 5 minutes walk from the most beautiful beach of Torremolinos! On the first floor of a very pretty residence, with a nice green garden and a large swimming pool and paddling pool for the little ones. The marble floors make it very pleasant and cool even in summer. It is equipped with two spacious bedrooms including a master suite overlooking the large terrace. A large living room, a kitchen, a 2nd bathroom and the 2nd bedroom has its own balcony. The apartment has just been renovated and tastefully furnished. Another plus, not insignificant, the supermarket that is right next door, so no need for a car during your holidays!

Great location

The apartment was clean and well maintained in an excellent location just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The taxi driver struggled to find it and would have been beneficial to say the apartment was next to Aldi which was great for shopping. Only downside was there were no sun-beds around the pool but the beach was so close. Nice and quiet location too. Magali was really helpful and friendly.

Nice little apartment not far from all the restaurants and beach. We’ll equipped but would be nice to have sun beds at the pool but maybe that’s because it’s more residential. Good communication with the owner.

Very nice spacious and well equiped appartment just a few minutes from the beach. Owner really thought of everything. Even a trolley to go to the supermarket is available. Terras well orientated and more than large enough. Nice pool with large kidspool. Very central location (supermarket, beach, restaurants, train station) so no need for a car. We spent a great time here with our kids 5 and 2 years old!

The property location is great. Close to everything, beach, restaurants, major highways, airport, huge shopping mall, you name it. Quiet and private, large, you have all you require inside, literally do not need to bring anything along. Absolutely sufficient for the family of 4 people. It is 30 minutes away from the center of Malaga or Marbella in case you want to see all the beautiful places around. The Host Magali, is extremely helpful available for any help immediately. Stayed there for 2 weeks hopefully we'll visit again very soon.

Supermarket next door is a building site and has been for some time.

The property was fine, but the building site next to the apartment wasn't. The apartment is still being advertised as having a supermarket next door. However, it has been demolished and being rebuilt. Very noisy work started at 8am. The noise and dust made using the terrace during the day impossible. If we had known about this in advance, we would have cancelled and rebooted elsewhere.

Lovely large apartment, big balcony. Kitchen very well stocked with pots and pans etc. Second bedroom a bit small with no hanging space for clothes. I’d sooner have had one less chest of drawers and a hanging rail. Also in second bedroom, no chair or anywhere to sit and dry hair and do make up. Magali was very quick to reply when we messaged to ask how to get the oven on. As the apartment was advertised just a 7 minute walk to the beach (which it was), we assumed beach chairs would have been provided along with beach towels. There weren’t so we purchased 3 chairs and beach towels and left them there for future guests use. The pool area was really nice, we all spent a couple of hours there most afternoons of our 7 day stay. Overall a very nice stay, we were a party of three, myself, daughter and son in law. Had I had their bedroom I would have had no niggles. As I’m of the older generation, at 75, I expect a bit more in a bedroom other than beds, chests of drawers and bedside tables, like a chair, a dressing table and somewhere to hang clothes would have made my stay complete. These are things perhaps other guests are not bothered by, but that said , I’d recommend this place to others. Great location

Lack of attention to details

Well furnished and well located, however it lacks many details. The kitchen exhaust doesn't work, the oven doesn't work, the blinds need maintenance, they don't close completely and there are no curtains. Even the handles are old and creaking. No hair dryer or hand blender. Almost a month before arrival I was forced to give an hour for check-in. I said between 3 and 4. I still had to call an hour beforehand to notify Sonia of the arrival. When I called the answer was... "we are closed between 2 and 4, check-in only at 4". (What?!?!) Not only we had to wait, but she was late too. In the ad it says check-out is until 11... Sónia says it's until 10. I sent a message about the kitchen hood... she didn't even reply. Not a good experience

Merveilleux voyage

Je recommande à 100% le Condo dr Magali. Déjà, Magali est spectaculaire, toujours attentive et à l’écoute. Le Condo est propre, bien meublé et équipé, en plus d’être très bien localisé (environ 8 minutes à pied de la plage et une vingtaine de minutes du centre-ville. Tout à côté vous y trouverez un grand mer ado/Aldi. La terrasse du Condo s’avère grande et propice à la détente après une journée de visites. Nous y retournerons définitivement 😁

Je ne peux que conseiller cet appartement. Propriétaire très sérieuse et responsable. En effet, Tout ce qui se montre sur le site concernant cet appartement est vrai. Très propre. Wohnungsumgebung glich einer Baustelle

Alle Apparate und Installationen in der Wohnung haben gut funktioniert. Die Terrasse konnte nicht benutzt werden, da ALDI gleich nebendran eine Grossbaustelle noch für einige Zeit zu einer lärmigen Angelegenheit machte. Zudem hat ein Nachbar gegenüber dem Haupteingang eine kleinere Baustelle in der zweiten Woche aufgemacht, gleich unter den Wohnzimmern. Es hatte kleine Ameisen, va. im Essbereich, einen lärmigen Aufzug und keine Föhn. Wir haben uns zu dritt also mehrheitlich am Strand (gute 10 Minuten Fussmarsch entfernt aufgehalten. Ich habe Magali darüber schon informiert. Von der Baustelle muss sie gewusst haben. Für die nächsten Monate können wir also diese Wohnung nicht empfehlen.

Amazing apartment, amazing host

Apartment was even better than the photos; all very new and clean. Kitchen very well equipped for cooking and storing food, especially important as travelling with our 7month old. Magali the host was fantastic, always available and very quick to come back on any queries we had. Pool was perfect size and very quiet throughout the day. Short walk to beach and restaurants so very quiet when at apartment but not secluded at all. Short walk to Lidl which we’d often do on way home from beach. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Great vacation

Magalis apartment was very nice and have everything you need for a great vacation. The shady terrace was lovely in the heat. Magali was very kind and helpful. Short distanse to the beach and everything else you need.
