Spacious and very bright apartment located 5 minutes walk from the most beautiful beach of Torremolinos! On the first floor of a very pretty residence, with a nice green garden and a large swimming pool and paddling pool for the little ones. The marble floors make it very pleasant and cool even in summer. It is equipped with two spacious bedrooms including a master suite overlooking the large terrace. A large living room, a kitchen, a 2nd bathroom and the 2nd bedroom has its own balcony. The apartment has just been renovated and tastefully furnished. Another plus, not insignificant, the supermarket that is right next door, so no need for a car during your holidays!

Very clean and well equipped apartment. Very well located in close proximity to train, beach/paseo, groceries, restaurants and eateries. Nice quiet building and neighbourhood. A basic instruction booklet would be nice for appliance use. Don’t ever close a door without the keys, they lock automatically! All in all, this is a great apartment.

Great location

The apartment was clean and well maintained in an excellent location just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The taxi driver struggled to find it and would have been beneficial to say the apartment was next to Aldi which was great for shopping. Only downside was there were no sun-beds around the pool but the beach was so close. Nice and quiet location too. Magali was really helpful and friendly.

The host was fantastic, so helpful and quick with responses. We loved the apartment, very clean and had everything you need. Liked the location and had some great restaurants within a 10 min walk. Excellent value for money.

Lovely apartment

Nice little apartment not far from all the restaurants and beach. We’ll equipped but would be nice to have sun beds at the pool but maybe that’s because it’s more residential. Good communication with the owner.

Everything was ok except for the construction in the neighborhood which was not forewarned. It made a lot of noise on weekdays.

Very nice spacious and well equiped appartment just a few minutes from the beach. Owner really thought of everything. Even a trolley to go to the supermarket is available. Terras well orientated and more than large enough. Nice pool with large kidspool. Very central location (supermarket, beach, restaurants, train station) so no need for a car. We spent a great time here with our kids 5 and 2 years old!

The property location is great. Close to everything, beach, restaurants, major highways, airport, huge shopping mall, you name it. Quiet and private, large, you have all you require inside, literally do not need to bring anything along. Absolutely sufficient for the family of 4 people. It is 30 minutes away from the center of Malaga or Marbella in case you want to see all the beautiful places around. The Host Magali, is extremely helpful available for any help immediately. Stayed there for 2 weeks hopefully we'll visit again very soon.

Supermarket next door is a building site and has been for some time.

The property was fine, but the building site next to the apartment wasn't. The apartment is still being advertised as having a supermarket next door. However, it has been demolished and being rebuilt. Very noisy work started at 8am. The noise and dust made using the terrace during the day impossible. If we had known about this in advance, we would have cancelled and rebooted elsewhere.

Lovely large apartment, big balcony. Kitchen very well stocked with pots and pans etc. Second bedroom a bit small with no hanging space for clothes. I’d sooner have had one less chest of drawers and a hanging rail. Also in second bedroom, no chair or anywhere to sit and dry hair and do make up. Magali was very quick to reply when we messaged to ask how to get the oven on. As the apartment was advertised just a 7 minute walk to the beach (which it was), we assumed beach chairs would have been provided along with beach towels. There weren’t so we purchased 3 chairs and beach towels and left them there for future guests use. The pool area was really nice, we all spent a couple of hours there most afternoons of our 7 day stay. Overall a very nice stay, we were a party of three, myself, daughter and son in law. Had I had their bedroom I would have had no niggles. As I’m of the older generation, at 75, I expect a bit more in a bedroom other than beds, chests of drawers and bedside tables, like a chair, a dressing table and somewhere to hang clothes would have made my stay complete. These are things perhaps other guests are not bothered by, but that said , I’d recommend this place to others. Great location

Es war so wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt von Anfang an. Von der Ausstattung war alles da, was man braucht. Die Entfernung zum Strand war sehr kurz. Die Terrasse ist Mega. Ist im Schatten , so dass man jederzeit da sitzen konnte. Die Kommunikation war auch super. Also alles bestens. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war fĂŒr unsere BedĂŒrfnisse genau richtig. Es gibt zwei BĂ€der, die KĂŒche ist bestens ausgestattet und das WLAN funktioniert super – auch zum Remote-Arbeiten. Der Pool war perfekt fĂŒr eine kurze AbkĂŒhlung zwischendurch. Der Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Promenade und der Strand sind fußlĂ€ufig gut zu erreichen, sodass wir das Auto nicht vermisst haben. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefĂŒhlt und wĂŒrden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Merveilleux voyage

Je recommande Ă  100% le Condo dr Magali. DĂ©jĂ , Magali est spectaculaire, toujours attentive et Ă  l’écoute. Le Condo est propre, bien meublĂ© et Ă©quipĂ©, en plus d’ĂȘtre trĂšs bien localisĂ© (environ 8 minutes Ă  pied de la plage et une vingtaine de minutes du centre-ville. Tout Ă  cĂŽtĂ© vous y trouverez un grand mer ado/Aldi. La terrasse du Condo s’avĂšre grande et propice Ă  la dĂ©tente aprĂšs une journĂ©e de visites. Nous y retournerons dĂ©finitivement 😁

Je ne peux que conseiller cet appartement. Propriétaire trÚs sérieuse et responsable. En effet, Tout ce qui se montre sur le site concernant cet appartement est vrai. TrÚs propre. A 400 mets de la plage. Avec un hypermarché à coté trÚs pratique et pas du tout bruyant. Merci Magali pour votre sérieux!!! Ca fait vraiment plaisir d'écrire ces lignes.

Super séjour !

L'appartement à tenu toutes ses promesses. Hyper bien situé, au calme, proche des commerces et de la plage et trÚs bien agencé (top confort). Merci à Magali pour nos échanges et sa réactivité. Nous y reviendrions les yeux fermés !

Wohnungsumgebung glich einer Baustelle

Alle Apparate und Installationen in der Wohnung haben gut funktioniert. Die Terrasse konnte nicht benutzt werden, da ALDI gleich nebendran eine Grossbaustelle noch fĂŒr einige Zeit zu einer lĂ€rmigen Angelegenheit machte. Zudem hat ein Nachbar gegenĂŒber dem Haupteingang eine kleinere Baustelle in der zweiten Woche aufgemacht, gleich unter den Wohnzimmern. Es hatte kleine Ameisen, va. im Essbereich, einen lĂ€rmigen Aufzug und keine Föhn. Wir haben uns zu dritt also mehrheitlich am Strand (gute 10 Minuten Fussmarsch entfernt aufgehalten. Ich habe Magali darĂŒber schon informiert. Von der Baustelle muss sie gewusst haben. FĂŒr die nĂ€chsten Monate können wir also diese Wohnung nicht empfehlen.
