Perfect Holiday Home

Lovely, spacious, well-appointed house, only a few metres from the sea with excellent views and parking outside. Just a few minutes walk from shops, bars and restaurants, yet quiet at night (in February anyway). Communication with the owner was very easy with messages answered quickly and helpful arrival and check-in information with directions, maps and photographs. Recommended.

Lovely house in great location.

We have just had a wonderful week in Arrieta. The house is right beside the ocean - literally just 10 metres across the promenade. The sea views can be enjoyed from the windows of all the main rooms, the balcony on the 1st floor, and the roof terrace. The house itself has spacious rooms and everything you need for your stay. It is in a quiet location away from the touristy areas, but there are plenty restaurants within a few minutes walk where you can enjoy a lovely meal, which might include some freshly caught fish. It is an ideal spot to tour the northern part of the island particularly, although the big towns of Arrecife, Puerto del Carmen and Teguise are less than 30 minutes by car on good roads. Pepe, our host, was very attentive and responded quickly whenever we contacted him. Before our stay, he made us feel welcome. During our stay there was an issue with the internet and he quickly had that resolved, and even checked the following day to ensure it was still working correctly. We would recommend this lovely property to anyone wishing to spend some time in Lanzarote and we would be happy to use it again ourselves.
