Ruhige und schöne Finca

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir hatten das Appartment 1, dieses war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für unseren Urlaub und auch zum Kochen brauchten. Der Blick von der Terrasse war atemberaubend. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Maison très bien située, endroit calme au milieu de la nature

Superbe situation, maison fonctionnelle et impersonnelle. Mais qu'est ce qu'on y a eu froid ! Maison apparemment inoccupée depuis un certain temps, il faisait très cru à l'intérieur, pas de radiateurs d'appoint ni de couvertures supplémentaires. Panne d'eau chaude sur une journée. Aucune information, documentation à disposition sur l'île, ses points d'intérêts, ses bons restaurants, etc. Absence du propriétaire durant notre séjour mais il a toujours réagi rapidement à nos mails.

Se le avisó antes de la llegada que en esos días estaríamos ausentes debido a la Navidad y que el apartamento no contaba con calefacción.Hay un deshumidificador que usado correctamente y no desconectándolo como es el caso ayuda a mantener una temperatura agradable,también hubiese sido favorable abrir las cortinas y ventanas para facilitar la entrada del sol y la ventilación . En cuanto a la información le comenté que cualquier duda podría llamarme o escribir y le respondería gustósamente,de hecho,al día siguiente de la llegada le preguntamos si todo estaba bien y nos respondió que sí. El agua caliente de la casa es solar, el termo tiene una capacidad de 400 litros, rara vez se acaba, pero puede suceder si hay varios días sin sol, en cuanto nos dimos cuenta activamos el refuerzo eléctrico, si nos hubiese avisado lo hubiésemos hecho en el mismo momento de la interrupción.

Sehr schöne Lage, Nummer 3 hat eine tolle Terrasse mit Fern- und Meerblick und einen schönen Garten.

Einfache aber ausreichende Ausstattung. Anfang März ist es abends kalt im Haus, ist sehr hallig und kühl. der Pool ist leider auch noch zu kalt. Das Haus liegt voll in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens. Mehrmals täglich wird es sehr laut, nachts aber alles ruhig.

Appartement avec une vue extraordinaire sur les volcans et la mer Grande terrasse donnant sur le magnifique jardin. Dépaysement et calme total, l'appartement est à la fois reposant dans un environnement splendide et proche de Téguise et de nombreux centres d'intérêt de l'île. Muy agradable

Casa de vacaciones muy agradable, cómoda, amplia, luminosa, limpia y con excelentes vistas. Situada en el centro de la isla, lo que te permite ponerte en cualquier lugar en un momento. Entorno muy tranquilo, y a cinco minutos en coche de la villa de Teguise, donde se puede encontrar todo lo que puedas necesitar. Casa muy bien equipada, con todo el menaje, electrodomésticos y artículos de limpieza necesarios. Camas muy cómodas. Estupendo jardín y piscina compartido con los otros apartamentos, pero con un rinconcito exclusivo para cada uno de ellos al lado de cada entrada. Aunque no pudimos llegar a conocer a Joaquín, el propietario, siempre fue muy amable con nosotros y nos ayudó en todo momento. Sin duda, si volvemos a Lanzarote, repetiremos. Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable.

Great villa. Perfect location. Would have been nice if there was a BBQ on the terrace.. only a couple of old rusty ones available. Nice comfy sun loungers by the pool would have been better too.Otherwise just as advertised 😊Will definitely be booking this again 👍🏻

Quiet hideaway in a little village near the center of the island. Friendly and helpful hosts, spatious apartment & garden. Can be a bit windy, no shops, no pub or restaurant in the village :-) so you need a car to reach the nearest supermarkt, backery (10min) & beach (20min).

Elegimos Teguise por recomendación de unos amigos que suelen vacacionar en la isla y ocupamos la misma casa. Las vistas, la tranquilidad del entorno y la comodidad de la casa hacen que ya estemos pensando en volver. Con Joaquín, el anfitrión, tuvimos una excelente comunicación. Nos facilito una clave para poder encontrar las llaves y se ofreció muy amablemente que lo contactemos por dudas, preguntas e información sobre la isla.

Le logement ayla3 correspond à sa description, sobre et fonctionnel (des photos des chambres complèteraient avantageusement sa présentation). La situation de la maison est doublement stratégique : fondue dans un jardin (où l'on peut observer plusieurs espèces d'oiseaux) avec une vue étendue jusqu'à l'océan, et centrale pour toutes les visites touristiques liées notamment à Cesar Manrique. Joaquìn le propriétaire est vraiment très serviable et arrangeant, ce qui ajoute à la réussite du séjour, qui restera inoubliable... Franck Faucher (11 au 20/04/17)

Ruhige, räumlich großzügige Anlage

Wir verbrachten als Ehepaar im März 17 drei Wochen in dieser schön gelegenen, sehr ruhigen Anlage mit Fernblick auf das Meer. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderer, aber auch für Strandurlauber mit Auto wie wir. Für die kühlen Tage waren wir froh, einen Radiator zur Verfügung zu haben. Große Terrasse teilweise überdacht zum Frühstücken und sonnen. Für die Liegen fehlten leider Auflagen. Werden die Anlage wieder mieten.

Modern, clean house with good beds in nice surroundings.

Prima verblijf gehad in leuk huis met mooie tuin. Goede ligging, 10 autominuten van leuk stadje Teguise. We verwachtten wel vaatwasser en wasmachine maar in ons deel van het pand helaas niet voorhanden. Eigenaar vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Koude winteravonden en eigenaar bracht op aanvraag direct een losse verwarming. Pand meer geschikt voor andere seizoenen. Wel echt aan te bevelen.
