Had a great time here. The villa is lovely. Quite rural location which is what we wanted. Centre of the island so easy to get anywhere in a short space of time. Pool and outside area nice to sit, swing m and chill out. Didn’t get the best weather but that can happen anywhere. Would def recommend if you want a peaceful vacation.

Great central Lanzarotev villa

Three of us had a great stay at this villa. The house is comfortable and has basics we needed for our stay. Quiet area and easy drive to everywhere we needed to go on the island. In order to access one bedroom, you have to walk through another, so something to consider depending on your group. It was a large space and communication was easy and great with the host for any questions we had. Would recommend and hope to be back one day!

Total Relaxation

We have stayed here a few times and really enjoy the peace and quiet. The villa is lovely and has everything you need. It now has air conditioning in the main room and main bedroom. The pool has been upgraded too. The wifi is good, but there are no English TV channels. The villa is towards the center of the island on the edge of the vinelands and Bodegas. You do need a car. Juan is so welcoming and pleasant, he leaves his contact details should you need anything and he gets back to you right away. We hope to return next year.

A lovely peaceful stay.

If you are looking for a peaceful break in the middle of the island then this is the place. The outside space of this property is the real winner. Lots of room with sun all day but a shaded area if required. The views to the rear are also lovely. Unobstructed to the nearest volcano ! The pool was cleaned every 3 days and was the perfect temperature for us (solar heated). On the inside, all the amenities we needed were there and the beds were so comfortable and it remained pretty cool in the evenings. You would need a car ideally. Being so central everything is 20-30 mins away so we got to see a lot of the island and Costa Teguise is 20 mins easy drive away. All in all we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely book again. Thank you.

Der Pool war schön, leider auf Grund des Wetters nicht zu nutzen.Bei starkem Regen unbedingt die Klappläden schließen, sonst läuft das Wasser durch die Fenster. Sehr netter Vermieter, hat Obst vorbei gebracht . Wohnung war sauber und alles vorhanden .

Het weer was wisselvallig van regen naar bewolking en zon. In deze periode niet gek. Het huis is comfortabel en compleet, top! Het”verwarmde” zwembad wel echt te koud. De internetverbinding kent uitdagingen maar met een goed boek op de bank en de verwarming aan was het heerlijk verblijven in de villa. Contact met eigenaar prima en snel

Vielen Dank für die gemütliche Unterkunft. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, E-Herd mit Backofen, einem riesigen Kühlschrank mit extra Gefrierschrank. Eine Filterkaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Mikrowelle sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Dank hauseigener Druckerhöhung und großem Wasserspeicher war auch immer ausreichend Warmwasser zum Duschen etc. da. Unser Highlight war, auch etwas dem Wetter geschuldet, die schöne überdachte Terrasse, die an drei Seiten geschlossen ist und somit auch bei Wind das draußen Sitzen angenehm macht. Die Auflagen für die Terrassenmöbel sind wohl auch recht neu und saßen sich gut. Und auf den 2 neuen großen Sofas im Wohnzimmer konnten wir auch drinnen gemütlich sitzen. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt, war leider aufgrund der fehlenden Sonne für uns etwas kühl.Der Kontakt mit Juan war sehr angenehm, sowohl per Whatsapp als auch am Telefon. Dafür noch einmal Dankeschön. Muchas gracias otra vez.

Wunderschön, für uns war alles perfekt

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen entspannenden Urlaub in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten tollem Ferienhaus. Der schöne saubere Pool hat von früh bis Abends Sonne und wir haben ihn nach unseren Ausflügen gerne genutzt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war von Anfang ganz toll und es hat alles super geklappt. Wir werden hier wieder buchen 2026 und können es hundertprozentig weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schön gelegenes, ruhiges Haus. Poolmöbel und Sofas bedürfen allerdings der Erneuerung. Verständigung mit dem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Verwalter auf englisch war leider nicht möglich.
