PULE ONE- Stay in this fabulous villa located within the Pula Golf course in Son Servera, with direct access to the course.
The property is 325 square meters very tastefully decorated with pure Mallorcan style detail, it has two floors and consists of a living room with sofa and relaxation area, Smart TV and WIFI internet connection, dining room with table and chairs for 8 people , fully equipped kitchen, 3 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: Double bed 160x190 with ensuite bathroom
- Bedroom 2: Double Bed of 160x190  with ensuite bathroom
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds of 90x190
The outdoor area is very extensive and covers more than 7000 square meters, with gardens, private pool with Balinese loungers, chillout area and BBQ.
In the vicinity, in addition to the golf course, the nearest beach is only 2 kilometers away from the house, as well as restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket or medical center and another golf courses 3 kilometers away.
We recommend you to hire a car to explore the surrounding areas and the rest of the island.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request. 
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required. 
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20 € /night.

The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old (with or without children).
