The house offers complete privacy in a pleasant and quiet environment. The rooms are of high quality, modern and comfortably furnished.
There is heating and also air conditioning.
Ideal for two or three people.
The bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes has direct access to the bathroom: two sinks, bidet, toilet, walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer.
For the third person there is an extra bedroom with a comfortable pull-out sofa, toilet, hand wash basin and shower.
Living room with dining area, relax in the egg chairs and receive German programs on the flat-screen TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob and gas hob, American fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine (Nespresso), blender, nice dishes etc.

Nice and quiet house in a perfect town

Well staffed house, comfortable and equipped. Clean and with cooling/ heating system. The only thing to taking into account is that 3 alone people is a little bit disturbed due to the nr of rooms. This house fits for a couple perfectly! Great experience.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung auf Mallorca

Die Wohnung liegt in einem kleineren Ort, etwas entfernt vom Strand. Mit dem Auto ist das jedoch kein Problem. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist 1A ausgestattet. In der KĂŒche findet man alles, was man zum kochen braucht und auch sonst haben wir nichts in der Wohnung vermisst. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host verlief super und alles in allem wĂŒrden wir die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Urlaub bei Freunden !

Es gibt Ferienwohnungen und es gibt Wohnungen, die einen Willkommen heissen, vom ersten Moment an! Uns war es ein zweites Zuhause, die Ausstattung, die Lage, die Betreuung könnten nicht besser sein ! Wir könnten von der liebevollen, ĂŒberkompletten Ausstattung, und den zwei Terrassen schwĂ€rmen, davon, dass in 2 Fussminuten ein herausragender Metzger ( der auch leckeren ZiegenkĂ€se verkauft ) ein Cafe, ein kleiner Supermarkt, ein gutes Restaurant sowie der kleine Wochenmarkt erreichbar sind, davon schwĂ€rmen unmittelbar Mitbewohner dieses kleinen Ortes zu sein, weil die Menschen sich freundlich und offen begegnen. Haben wir das 4 Fussminuten entfernte Es Pati schon erwĂ€hnt, dass der Michelin unbedingt kennenlern sollte? Wenn wir jetzt sagen, dass die Anzeige zu 100% der RealitĂ€t entspricht und darĂŒberhinaus vieles geboten wird, was nicht erwĂ€hnt wird, so wird es unserem Empfinden immer noch nicht gerecht. FĂŒr uns, zu zweit , gut zu Fuss und mit Treppen vertraut, ohne Kinder und Tiere war es in der Wohnung von Joachim von der ersten Minute an ein traumhafter Urlaubsaufenthalt. Achja, wir waren kaum zu Hause, da haben wir das Haus erneut gebucht, muss man mehr sagen ?

Abseits der Touristenströme

Sant Llorenc ist ein sehr liebenswerter, lebendiger Ort mit guter Infrastruktur (Bars, Supermarkt, Restaurants) ohne viele Touristen. Außerdem sind mehrere StrĂ€nde, interessante StĂ€dte wie Arta und Porto Christo schnell erreichbar. Das Stadthaus liegt zentral, aber ruhig und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bietet viel Platz und 2 (!) Dachterrassen. Es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen. Die Korrespondenz mit dem Vermieter klappte hervorragend.

Stadthaus zum Verlieben

Das Stadthaus in Sant llorenc hat uns sehr begeistert. Es ist historisch und gleichzeitig modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Alles ist vorhanden von dem man sich wĂŒnscht es vorzufinden - und darĂŒberhinaus noch vielmehr - es fehlt an nichts. Die kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief hervorragend. Neben dem Haus befindet sich ein Spar Markt und ein paar Schritte weiter 2 im Schatten befindliche Bars mit Wlan, bestem Kaffee, KĂ€sekuchen, Mandel tarte und noch vieles mehr. Wir können diese Unterkunft mit Standort absolut empfehlen.

Ein zauberhafter Ort

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet mit vielen interessanten Bildern und Objekten. Zwei herrliche Dachterassen von denen man dem Leben in San Llorenc zusehen kann. Designliebhaber sind hier genau richtig. Toller kleiner, authentischer Ort. Leider sind Bars und Restaurants zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr fast alle geschlossen, oder haben eigenwillige Öffnungszeiten. Zauberhaft eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Wir kannten bisher das Haus nur von außen, den Ort aber besser, er ist zauberhaft, wie die Einrichtung des Hauses. Da wir beide aber auf die 80 zugehen, ist das ungewohnte Treppensteigen allerdings nichts mehr fĂŒr uns. Aber bestens fĂŒr ein jĂŒngeres Paar oder eine kleine Familie zu empfehlen. Besonders schön war es abends unter den Einheimischen bei einem schönen Glas Wein zu sitzen. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus ganz besonders.

Nous avons passĂ© une trĂšs bonne semaine dans cette maison pleine de charme, bien Ă©quipĂ©e et joliment dĂ©corĂ©e. De plus elle est extrĂȘmement calme et est toutefois proche de la mer. Bref un endroit idĂ©al et notre seul regret est d’avoir dĂ» la quitter au bout d’une semaine car nous nous y sentions trĂšs bien. Sehr schöne Wohnung

Super schöne Wohnung zentral in dem Ort gelegen. Alle nötigen erreicht zu Fuß nur wenige Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Dachterassen geben das spanische Flair wieder. Wir haben nichts vermisst außer Internet. Aber das war auch nicht in der Ausstattung angegeben.
