In the centre of Artà, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 3 km from the edge of the forest, 12 km from the sea, 12 km from the beach. Private: courtyard, swimming pool angular (4 x 2 m, depth 150 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: internet access, WiFi, air conditioning, burglar alarm system, washing machine. Public car park at 200 m. Grocery 120 m, supermarket 300 m, restaurant 150 m, bar 120 m, bakery 400 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach "Cala Agulla" 10.7 km. Sports harbour 11.4 km, golf course (18 hole) 12 km, tennis 1.6 km, sports centre 1.6 km, walking paths from the house 900 m, cycle lane. Die Unterkunft entspricht exakt den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Alles ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung, auch in der Küche, ist sehr gut. Der Pool ist toll. Er ist sehr sauber und hat eine ausreichende Größe, um sich abzukühlen. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind nur ein paar Meter entfernt und die Innenstadt erreicht man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten. Arta hat eine sehr schöne und entspannte Atmosphäre mit hübschen Cafés und Geschäften und guten Restaurants.

Leider lag die Temperatur im Vorderhaus am Abend bei nur 17 Grad, trotz Warmluftzufuhr durch die Klimaanlage. Bad im Vorderhaus hat keine Heizmöglichkeit, ebenso in der Küche. Es war ziemlich ungemütlich, leider.

Wunderschönes Stadthaus in Artà

Wir waren eine Woche hier und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, genügend Platz vorhanden. Wenn wir ein Problem hatten, wurde es sofort gelöst. Einziges kleines Manko: das Bett im hauptschlafzimmrt ist ziemlich hart.

La casa es ideal, bien equipada, amplia y muy moderna. A nivel de limpieza estaba perfecta. Equipada y con posibilidad de tener la piscina climatizada en los meses de invierno. La localización es muy cómoda, céntrica pero muy tranquila.
