Enjoy the beautiful miles wide view of the main channel on the screened deck. The condo is 1400 square feet located at mile marker 14, fully furnished, and is ready to be your home at the lake! The unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, all the amenities of home and more! The unit also has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
The condo is perfect for family and friends to enjoy together! The unit comfortably sleeps 7.
The kitchen has a full electic range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, as well as all the dishes and cooking utensils you may need. There is also a pantry to store plenty of groceries. A coffee maker and Keurig is available for your use. Kitchen area has four bar stools and opens to the dining area with a table and four chairs.
After a long day on the lake, sit back and watch the sunset from the spacious living room. The living room features double sliding doors that open to the screened deck. We also have a large screen TV, Blu-Ray player, and selection of DVDs for your entertainment.
The master suite features a king size bed, flat screen TV, and double sliding doors to the screened deck. There are dressers for your use as well as a walk-in closet. The master bathroom has a double vanity and walk in shower unit. Bedding and towels are provided for your convenience.
This lodge room is a fun room for kids! Two twin beds with an additional twin trundle makes this room perfect for a sleepover! The room also has plenty of closet space. Bedding is provided for your convenience.
The third bedroom features a queen size bed and closet. Bedding is provided for your convenience.
The hall bathroom also has a double vanity and tub/shower unit. Towels are also provided for your convenience.
Enjoy the lake view with your morning coffee or evening drink from the screened deck! The view is spectacular no matter the time of day or season! The deck runs the length of the condo unit and has double sliding doors leading to the master bedroom and to the living room so you can bring the outside in!

I was in town for work, so I did not get a chance to enjoy all the property had to offer. I will say the property is in a great location. There were plenty of place to eat nearby. There were also many golf courses in close proximity. The check in was very easy and the property was as described.

This condo is great!! The access to the property only has one step so it's very easy to carry things in. The screened-in deck has a fantastic view without having to worry about bugs. The pool is also close and the condo is clean and well supplied.

There was just a bunch to love about this property. The size of the unit, the STOCKED pantry, the huge deck and the attentive property manager all made this a huge plus. The amenities were fine as well.

Clean, beautiful place to stay with a nice view

This condo was very clean, cute, up-to-date and we really enjoyed our stay! It was my own fault because I didn't read/look closely enough, but I thought we had steps straight down to 'our' dock from the condo, but that's not the case. It wasn't a big deal...we could drive or walk down the hill (better to drive & park) and fish off the dock from there. But again, it was a beautiful view and we LOVED the screened in deck and we spent every morning and every evening out there. Our granddaughter loved being out there watching all the boats!

The house was extremely clean just as described in the online details. The permanent neighbors were really nice that live next door, we talked every morning. The scenery is beautiful from the patio. Our trip was a last-minute decision in late December just to get a change of scenery. We picked this property because of price, location and instant confirmation and were not disappointed. The place was ideal for our family of four. Their decor is a practical as it is beautiful which is great when staying with kids. We were comfortable knowing we couldn't break any of their great looking pieces. The lake view was quite nice and the location was convenient to many nice restaurants and only a short drive to grocery stores. We specifically picked the off season to stay there but could imagine it being just as good a pick during summer. The property has quiet hours which was another bonus for our family.

Nice place, good location, great views

My wife, 2 year old son and I stayed here for a week and had a great time. Half of our trip we also had another couple with 2 small children stay as well. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the pool (very close to the unit) and watching a family of beavers come find food each afternoon right below the screened in balcony. The location of this complex is great and near many restaurants and a grocery store so you can stock up for your visit. As for the unit itself it has everything and more that you need to feel at home. My wife loved the pots and pans and has already ordered a set for our house. There is also only one small step down from the parking lot to the unit. Having a large tv was also nice because a lot of these places skimp on the electronics. The screened in balcony was great to avoid bugs but still enjoy the outdoors. The view from the condo spans miles up and down the lake and if you love boats like me you will get to see every type imaginable. This place would be great for a couple that wants some space to a large family. Brian was always very responsive and helped with any questions we had. We also forgot my sons swimsuit and he mailed it back to us. If I can sneak away from work soon I will be booking this place again.

We fell in love with Lake of the Ozarks a couple of summers ago and can’t get enough! We have two young sons who love everything about the lake…swimming, boating, fishing, exploring, and more. No matter what the season or the weather, there is always something to do or see. We don’t currently live on Lake of the Ozarks, but that is our end goal! We spend as much time at the Lake as our busy schedules allow. It’s always great to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, slow down and enjoy our family time!

Why they chose this property

We looked at property after property and found the ones we loved the most had views of the Lake. We love watching the Lake in the morning while sipping coffee on the screened porch and can’t resist watching the sun set over an evening drink, while supper cooks on the grill. The view never gets old!! We also love that the condo is close to lots of shopping, food, and fun activities! The area has something for everyone!

Have we mentioned the view?! And the sliding doors to the screened porch are fantastic! The condo is great for a single family or a couple of families looking to get away for a relaxing vacation or a group of friends reconnecting!
