A charming two bedroom house, sleeping up to four, located within a few minutes walk of Poole Quay, Poole Town and all its facilities. Waterside Park public boat slipway is just a short distance away.

Open plan living and dining area benefiting access to the courtyard garden, separate kitchen on the ground floor. Stairs leading up to the 1st floor with Master Bedroom (4ft 6ins double bed), second bedroom (bunk beds - small double below / single above). Bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet).

Parking - There is one dedicated parking space. Height / Width restrictions apply (206cm High, 228cm Wide, 420cm Depth).

Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryer.

Technology – Flat screen smart TV, Wi-Fi, and music system

Kitchen - Electric Hob, Oven, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave and Washer / Dryer.

Restrictions - No smoking. Pets permitted.

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

Harbourside Park is a low-density development of town houses and apartments built approximately 25 years ago offering a great strategic location adjoining Baiter`s harbourside park, close to Poole Park with its scenic level walkways, and yet only 10 minute`s stroll into Old Poole and its historic Quayside.

dolphin cottage

would not use this cottage again when we arrived the cottage smelt of dogs I know the policy one small dog and not allowed upstairs but the smell was every where was dreadful we had to open all the windows and doors it requires a deep clean to try and get rid of the smell also the beds are so uncomfotable we came back a day early !!

Dolphin Cottage

Perfect stay for the boys to attend a sailing course at Rockley Point. Property was clean and had an outdoor area for drying and somewhere to sit outdoors. Easy walk to Poole Park and town centre
