Good afternoon,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for your feedback. Dolphin cottage is a really lovely property in a great location so close to the Harbourside.
I’m sorry the smell of dogs was overwhelming. We do limit the number of dogs and ask all our guests not to allow them upstairs. Sadly, we cannot guarantee our instructions are always followed. Our housekeeping teams would have aired the property whilst cleaning but appreciate some smells can linger for a few days.
We’ve fed back to the owner regarding your comments on the beds. Had we been made aware we could have provided extra mattress toppers for additional comfort.
We have a number of beautiful properties in and around Poole, many of which that don’t allow pets and we’d be delighted to assist in organising your next stay.
Best wishes,
Quay Holidays Team
Perfect stay for the boys to attend a sailing course at Rockley Point. Property was clean and had an outdoor area for drying and somewhere to sit outdoors. Easy walk to Poole Park and town centre
