Gorgeous and spacious Gulf front living at Starboard Village on Pensacola Beach! The only unit with a private entrance makes this beach condo unique and convenient! Only 14 steps from ground to the front door of your dream vacation condo. This unit features an open floor plan with a breath-taking focal point of windows overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Custom kitchen and bathrooms are a must see to appreciate the love and care the owners put into this family beach retreat. In Starboard Village - Unit 212.

This one-level condominium includes a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a sizeable balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom offers a queen bed with balcony access where you can enjoy hearing the waves from bed! The second bedroom has a queen bed with a queen size murphy style bed that contains a memory foam mattress. A laundry closet with washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience. Please let us know if you have young children and need any additional gear (pack-n-play, high chair, etc.) - we have it!

The unit comfortably sleeps 6 and includes parking for 2 vehicles; a one car garage located directly next to the stairway entrance and an additional outdoor parking space.

This picturesque and charming condo is located in Starboard Village, a small complex directly on Pensacola Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. A swimming pool with sun deck is another great feature all family members will get to enjoy. The condo is stocked and ready with four beach chairs, an umbrella, electric grill, bicycles, and beach toys available for our guests. We try to have everything our family and yours would need for the perfect beach getaway!

***Summer Rentals are Saturday to Saturday 5/26/18 thru 9/07/2018. Please contact us for possible exceptions dependent on availability. Blue Angels week will end on Sunday 7/15. ***

Please Note: Minimum age requirement is 25 years old and he/she must physically occupy the Unit for the entire time of the reservation. Maximum number of guests is six (exceptions can be made for babies and very young children if requested.) Please contact us if you have any questions about our policies.

This property is ideally located, within walking distance of great food, but far enough from the hustle and bustle to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The view is great from the balcony and the condo is spacious. We'd highly recommend this property for fun and sun!

We Love This Place!

Wonderful Experience

Our stay was amazing! The house had everything we could have needed and felt just like staying at home. The beach view was gorgeous off the balcony and so close to the walkover. We will definitely be returning for future trips to the beach. I was nervous booking a condo but the owners made everything so easy. The house was clean and so comfortable for our family.

Beautiful condo

The location is absolutely perfect. The condo has a private entrance which was very nice. The deck is huge with great view of the ocean and the condo was decorated beautifully. We have stayed in 20+ condos over the years and this one was more spacious than some of the 3 bed/baths I've rented. It is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Had a great time and will be back!

Great Condo!

We were very happy with this rental! It was clean and well stocked to provide a comfortable place to vacation. The owners were very kind and even let us check-in early when the condo was ready before our check-in time. It is just a few steps from the beach, and you can see the ocean from the balcony. The living area was large which was nice for our family. We would stay here again, happily! Highly recommend.

Vacation

We spent a month in the beautiful Condo on the Gulf! The kitchen was very well equipped, but the balcony was our favorite spot. Even when the weather was cold it was always very pleasant on the balcony out of the wind. We watched the beautiful sun rise from our bed and I walked the beautiful beach most every day. The view was beautiful from every room! The owners were a joy to work with

Love this property. So close to the beach and not a lot of people jammed up on the beach like at the bigger condos. This was my second time staying here, I love it. Had everything we needed. There’s a door off the garage with everything you need for the beach. It’s a short walk and so nice not to have to haul everything down 20 flights on an elevator. It’s only 3 stories and it has a private entrance. Visited with some neighbors that live there, so nice. If you like quietness and some privacy on your beach vacation stay here. Also, quick walk to Peg Leg Pete’s which is always fun! Host was very easy to communicate with:)

Wonderful

We truly enjoyed our stay. The host was friendly and accommodating. There is one flight of stairs to get the home. We had a garage for our car and there is an additional parking off the street. Kitchen was well stocked, and all appliances were clean, worked excellently, and seemed new. The view was great and there was lots of room and plenty of natural light. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Experience!

This property was wonderful, and exceeded our expectations! It was very spacious, and we never felt cramped or crowded. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped... They had everything we needed and more. The balcony was such a nice place to sit and relax. My favorite place though was the comfy chairs by the large living room window looking out at the ocean. It's an easy walk to beach too. Linda was so kind and easy to communicate with when we needed to. Our family highly recommends this condo!

Excellent Property!!!

Can't say enough positive things about this property and hosts. Property is exactly as described and shown in pictures and was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed out. We had not one complaint and sitting on the balcony every morning with coffee and afternoon with cold drink is not to be missed. We will be back! Also, this was our first time to Pensacola Beach and the Beach, town, restaurants are Fantastic. Water is crystal blue, clean and the white sand is unbelievable. Beaches at property is uncrowded, we often had no one within 50 feet of us.

Two things I would change

Absolutely loved our condo, actually hope to be able to rent it again in the future. The ceiling fan in the main bedroom is noisy and I wish there was a swiffer.

Hands down one of the nicest places we have stayed. Decor was wonderful. Everything you could need was in the kitchen. Not having to haul my own beach chair and umbrella’s was awesome. All provided. Leaving everything in the securely enclosed garage each night was great. Linda checked in with us to make sure all was good. Just love this area and the smaller crowds. We will be back for sure.
