Three bedroom house very close to the beach, totally and recently renovated. Thermal insulation in a very quiet area with one of the coves with the best views of Mallorca. It has three spacious rooms. A large bed of 1.50 m in a room with en suite bathroom and two other rooms with two beds. Very close to the Mal Pas beach. Small but very comfortable pool with wide stairs Large sun terrace and covered porch in the shade in a very quiet street where there is hardly any traffic. Air conditioning in all rooms and living room. Small garden.

Beautiful property, perfect for families

I truly enjoyed my stay here, it was a beautiful house and check in was easy. The location was great as there was a beach from walking distance, market within a 3 min walk and a delicious restaurant 7 min away. Highly recommend to book this place, it’s one of my favorite places that I stayed in Mallorca. I would 100% come back here

Tolles Haus in perfekter Lage

Positiv: Ansprechendes Haus mit zwei Terrassen und schönem kleinen Garten. Sehr gepflegte und hochwertige Wohngegend. Supermarkt und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Zwei sehr schöne Strände in 10-15 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Negativ: Küchenausstattung in die Jahre gekommen; Pool musste eigenständig gesäubert werden

Super Ferienhaus

Wir waren 3 Wochen dort und waren sehr zufrieden insbesondere die Küche und der überragende Pool-/ Terrassenbereich haben uns sehr gefallen. Die Größe des Pools war absolut ausreichend und der Einstieg über die Treppen war toll. Der zweite (überdachte) Außenbereich war für regnerische oder auch sehr heiße Tage perfekt, sodass man sich zu jeder Zeit sehr wohlgefühlt hat. Insgesamt war das Haus gut ausgestattet und auch die Bäder ließen keine Wünsche offen. Der Gastgeber hat uns mit einer kleinen Überraschung in Form von Tapas und Getränken ein schönes Ankommen bereitet. Er war jederzeit erreichbar für uns und war sehr an unserem Wohlergehen interessiert, indem er sich ab und zu per Nachricht nach uns erkundigt hat. Die Lage des Hauses ist super. In der Nähe gibt es fußläufig zwei schöne Buchten und ein paar leckere Restaurants. Auch Alcudia ist fußläufig (ca. 20 min) gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Zeit und tolle Wohnung

Das Haus ist super schön und bietet viel Platz mit den 2 Terrassen. Außerdem ist man von einer wunderschönen Garten umgeben.
