The apartment was clean and well equipped, but the lack of working air conditioning was a major issue for me and my family. The fans were not enough, especially since the apartment was on the top floor.
There were three air conditioning units, but unfortunately none of them worked. I contacted the person I was communicating with and asked them to fix the air conditioning. They told me that the units did not work and suggested that we open the windows to get fresh air. However, this was not possible because it was too hot during the day, and at night there was a lot of traffic noise coming from outside.
As a result, I was forced to sleep on the sofa in the living room, which was much less comfortable, simply because it was the only place where the noise was more bearable.
