The place was in a fantastic location, although the website indicated it was a 10 minute walk to Westport, it isn't. But notwithstanding, the location at the foot of Croagh Patrick, the two pubs and the local scenery was absolutely off the charts stunning. If you get a nice day, the climb to the top is amazing, I don't think there is a better view from any mountain I've climbed.

August staycation

The location of the property was brilliant. The property itself was fine .The ensuite bathroom shower didnt work. It ran cold despite letting it run for a while so we all had to shower in one bathroom downstairs which meant it took much longer getting ready to venture out each day .Also we had to buy drinking water which we weren't expecting .The water from every tap was brown in colour, there was no explanation left for this though we googled it and it seems it had been a problem in the area for a year .The house was clean enough but I wouldn't rush back.

Tolle Unterkunft mit sehr schöner Umgebung unweit von Westport. Zwei Pubs fußläufig zu erreichen. Gute Betten, ausreichend Platz. Sehr zu empfehlen.
