Nice house on the beach, newly renovated. It has 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, double bed,
Closets and air conditioning.
the bright and spacious dining room with access to a terrace that overlooks the sea and beach. American kitchen equipped with everything you need. The whole house is furnished in a modern and cozy style for a comfortable and comfortable stay. The upper part of the house has a large terrace with bathroom and laundry area.
It has a parking space (available only in the months of June, July and August) and satellite television (French and Spanish channels).
It is located in the center of town, 50 m from the beach of Alghero, close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, boardwalk, nautical attractions.
Nearby tourist points of interest; Tarragona city, Port adventure amusement park, Salou city, Delta del Ebro.

Très bel appartement, avec 3 chambres, équipées de salles de bain et de sanitaires. Ce qui donne à chacun un espace autonome. Emplacement idéal, avec commerces à proximité. 2 plages à proximité (dont une à 50 mètre). La place de parking est bienvenue. Très bon séjour.

Un super séjour!
Un endroit formidable, très agréable avec les commerces de proximité très pratiques! Tout se fait à pied. Superbe logement refait à neuf avec goût, avec une salle de bain dans chaque chambre. Une belle terrasse spacieuse, tout était impeccable!merci Ana pour votre accueil, tout s'est déroulé sans problèmes. Une location exceptionnelle!

Formidable appartement
L'appartement est très bien équipé et très bien situé. La place de parking est vraiment un avantage additionnel. La literie est très confortable. Nous avons passé un formidable séjour avec nos deux adolescents. Les criques sont à 15 minutes maximum en voiture. Pour les plus courageux vous pouvez également atteindre la première crique en moins de 30 minutes de marche par le GR.

Appartement très agréable à 2 mn de la mer, et très bien placé dans le village, à moins de 5 mn de tous les commerces. Étant situé dans la partie ancienne du village, il faut noter que les rues sont étroites mais vous y circulez en voiture.
Appartement trèsrès bien équipé, nous avions tout pour cuisiner en famille.

Emplacement top
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le séjour dans ce port de pêche ou l emplacement est optimal, à côté de toutes Les commodites (boulangerie, spar, plage à 100m....) , l appartement (et non la maison) est très bien équipé, clim et salles de bains dans toutes les chambres, beaucoup d ustensiles pour cuisiner, très confortable. Par contre il n y a de parking inclu, donc à vous de trouver le sesame à travers les rues de la ville.
Ensuite, quelques détails ont été relevé au propriétaire, (pied de la table cassé, parasol inutilisable, cuvette d’une des toilettes cassé)
En espérant qu il les prennent en compte afin que le séjour soit parfait.
