Fantastic Villa in a Perfect Location

It's always hard to guage the size and quality of a property from the webpage but this villa did not disappoint on both fronts. Large communal areas and bedrooms. Kitchen very well equipped and all at a high standard. Pool is fab and a really good size

The house is amazing. Whoever designed the layout should be applauded. We immediatley felt 'at home' and relaxed.You have access to sun or shade throughout the day via the lovely terraces and the pool area is blessed with sunshine most of the day. The view from the front (see photos) is superb.The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are large and the air con is very efficient. The open plan kitchen and dining area is large and blends into the very large lounge, which has an amazing picture window looking out to sea and Denia.The kitchen has everything you need.

Très bon accueil de Denise et merci pour sa réactivité ! Superbe villa avec toutes les prestations dans un cadre reposant et ressourçant. Excellentes literies, belle piscine, équipements du quotidien et prestations au delà de nos attentes …. On y reviendrait avec plaisir !

Heerlijk groot huis met fijne slaap- en badkamers

Prima, soepel contact met beheerder van het huis. Aangenaam zwembad in hitteperiode juli 2022. Dicht bij grote shoppingmall met o.a. grote Carrefour. Stranden boven Denia (25 minuten rijden) aan te bevelen. Mooi, schoon en zonder al te veel buitenlandse toeristen.
