Charming appartment on the ski slopes, prestigious, newly built, in the center of San Leonardo/Badia. Two room flat with 2 + 2 beds, 50m ², with elevator. 1 bedroom with double bed (twin beds on request) and en-suite. .Balcony with view of the slope of Pedraces and the UNESCO mountain Santa Croce . Electric induction hotplates, oven, dishwasher,microwave, coffee and toaster and juicer. Washing machine, dryer, ski rack and ski boot warmer.
TV with digital terrestrial, refrigerator, .Underfloor heating. All the home comforts are walking distance – supermarket, pizzeria, bakery, bar etc
Services: A parking space in the garage, private cellar has possibility of ski storage with boots warmer opposite the elevator.
Ski lisft will connect you with the rest of the ski area Alta Badia and with the Sella Ronda with 500 lifts and 130km of groomed slopes. The Dolomiti superski area has connection to South Tyrol, Trentino and Venetia with more than 1200 km to ski
In the village there is the tourist office, ski-pass office, ski rental, snowshoes and mountain biking rentals, playground, Internet point. 1 final Garbage collection included
