Charming apartment located a few minutes walk from the central station and close to the Caiazzo M2 underground line (50 meters). 5 minutes walk from Corso Buenos Aires, a large commercial street with connection to the M1 metro line. 20 minutes walk from the Duomo. The building is equipped with cameras in the common areas.



Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

CHECK-IN: E' possibile fare self check-in poiché l'appartamento è dotato di accesso elettronico per il portone d'ingresso dello stabile e dell'appartamento. L' early check-in è basato sulla disponibilità dell'appartamento. Il late check-in è possibile a qualsiasi ora. DEPOSITO BAGAGLI: Il Servizio è garantito ogni giorno (dal lun edì alla domenica) dalle ore 8.30 alle ore 17.30. Chiediamo ai nostri ospiti di segnalare oggetti di valore contenuti nei bagagli che vengono lasciati in modo tale da poterli custodire in cassaforte. Non ci assumiamo nessuna responsabilità per oggetti o soldi spariti non dichiarati al momento del lascito dei bagagli. DOCUMENTI DI IDENTITA': La legge italiana prevede che tutti gli ospiti che soggiornano nel nostro territorio vengano identificati mediante presentazione del documento di identità (carta d'identità, passaporto o patente) e inseriti nel sistema telematico della Polizia di Stato (stessa procedura richiesta dagli Alberghi). Al vostro arrivo sarà obbligatorio presentare il documento al nostro incaricato in modo che possa fotografarlo per poi effettuare la registrazione. Tutte le foto verranno poi immediatamente cancellate. Qualora non voleste far fotografare il vostro documento vi invieremo un modulo da compilare e rimandarci compilato in ogni sua parte ma sarà sempre obbligatorio far visionare il documento originale per verifica dei dati. In caso di late check in/last minute Booking sarà vostra premura mandare una foto col vostro documento sul numero di telefono indicato nel momento in cui entrerete nell'appartamento. I codici di accesso per poter effettuare il check-in verranno inviati solo dopo la ricezione di uno tra i 3 documenti d'identità tra i sopra elencati. Nel caso di mancato ricevimento dei documenti utili al riconoscimento la proprietà si riserva il diritto di accesso all'appartamento. E' un OBBLIGO DI LEGGE . CULLA ,SEGGIOLONE e VASCHETTA PER IL BAGNETTO: Possibilità di richiedere gratuitamente la culla e/o il seggiolone, previa disponibilità. Per questo consigliamo ai nostri ospiti di richiederla immediatamente al momento della prenotazione.

DAMAGE SECURITY DEPOSIT: if damage is found upon check-out, a penalty of up to €300 may be charged ADAPTER SECURITY DEPOSIT: we lend universal electrical socket adapters free of charge upon immediate deposit of €10 in cash which will be returned upon return of the device. SILENT TIMES It is requested to respect the hours of silence from 8 to 23 of the condominium. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED inside the apartment. It is NOT ALLOWED to use candles (all types, all sizes) inside the apartment Parties are NOT ALLOWED Guests are REQUIRED to be polite and respectful of the apartment and what they will find at their disposal. It is MANDATORY to show a valid identity document in order to proceed with the registration of the stay before entering the apartment.

The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Central Station where trains arrive from Malpensa Airport and buses from Bergamo Airport. It is possible to get to Centrale from Linate Airport via a direct bus. At Central Station there are the Metro lines green line (2) and yellow line (3). The metro closest to the apartment is in Caiazzo M2 about 50 meters away. Near the apartment is the famous Corso Buenos Aires, one of the most famous shopping streets in the city.
