We welcome you to La Villa New York in Playa Blanca where enjoying your vacation will be an unforgettable memory. The villa is distributed on one floor and has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, large fully equipped living room-kitchen, terrace with private heated pool and solarium.

The area is residential, nearby there are supermarkets, public transport, shopping centers and restaurants. A few minutes from the Rubicon Marina and the Papagayo beaches.

Villa New York is decorated in a modern and functional style, the wide spaces and great luminosity will make your stay a cozy experience.

The Manhatan bedroom has a dressing room and en suite bathroom, the second bathroom is at the end of the hall.

The villa has 3 SMART TV 4K, one of 65 "in the living room that can be easily oriented towards the sofa or the dining room and two of 50" in the bedrooms with the main international satellite channels (MOVISTAR, SKY, BBC, RAI. ..).

The complete kitchen offers you all the main appliances, in addition to having a practical electric iron for your barbecues.

Spacious & comfy but location disappointing

Property was great inside, v clean & comfy but the location was poor. Villa estate was soulless with no vegetation & rows of ‘boxes’. Plants & done character was desperately needed. Despite being active hikers, we found the distance to any cafe or shops (other than one excellent supermarket) was too far for ease of access, esp at night. Taxis were cheap & v easy to access thank goodness! The owner was v helpful & prompt responding to any queries. Poll was tiny but welcomed even in j21 degree heat! W enjoyed our break with lots of out of town walking.

Villa zum Wohlfühlen

Problemlose und just-in-time-Chats mit dem Vermieter und tel. Erreichbarkeit immer gewährleistet. Riesen-TV im Wohnzimmer mit 130 deutschen Programmen (incl. Sky!), leider ließ die Streamingperformance etwas zu wünschen übrig. Ansonsten alles wie beschrieben incl. kleinem Privatpool und wirklich toll!

Nice place

Lovely clean and modern villa, very tastefully furnished. It is a little remote and I would say that a car is essential but that being said a relatively peaceful area. Not very private at the moment but the hosts are in the process of adding frosted glass screens around the walls to add privacy. Overall a good stay.

Lovely villa perfect hosts

Everything was extremely clean and the property is lovely and a home from home . The hosts communication was perfect and quick. Touches like the welcome pack with wine was thoughtful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the only negative which may not bother other people was the pool area isn’t screened so it’s not private. The area is still being developed so not all street lighting in place, but will be once all villas complete. You do need to walk if you don’t have a car -supermarket (10 minutes ) marina (20 minutes) Playa Blanca (35 minutes) We didn’t mind the walking but some may find it too much. Great stay thank you 😊

Very modern clean villa

Beautiful villa, brand new build, excellent decor, amazing tv package lots of new films via internet, tv in every room, 2 bathrooms, lovely outside area to sit out. 15min walk to the main strip for shops bars & beach. Bread, milk, soft drinks, coffee, all cleaning equipment and toilet roll & shower gel all in house and a bottle of wine on arrival :) we locked our keys inside the villa the owners came straight away to help us out and let us back in, no questions. Very good service, very helpful & answered questions such as local taxi numbers, we got an early check in also. Defo recommended!
