YOU WILL ALSO HAVE ALSO AVAILABLE FRESH EGGS EVERY DAY FROM OUR HENS. THE HOUSE ENJOYS A VIEW ON THE MAJOR ROCCA OF THE FORTRESS OF CIVITELLA DEL TRONTO AND YOU MAY ALSO MAKE EXCURSIONS ON THE MOUNTAINS AND THE GORGES OF THE SALINELLO. AT A FEW KM YOU CAN FIND THE BEAUTIFUL CITIES OF TERAMO AND ASCOLI PICENO. IN A HALF OF A CAR YOU WILL BE ABLE TO VISIT THE BEAUTIFUL TERRAIN COAST WITH ITS LIDES AND ITS BEACHES.

Idyllic!

This property had everything. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking ware and dishes. The bedrooms were comfortable. Everywhere was clean and well decorated. The hosts were so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The area is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. We stayed a month and it wasn't long enough!

Beautiful place

Wonderful hosts and a beautiful home, lovingly cared for. It was a true home, (not just an investment property) to which the owners willing welcomed us. True hosts. There was a fabulous kitchen, for those of us that enjoy cooking, and it was very well equipped. Beautiful view out the windows with lots of light. The house is out in the country with no city noise. A good yard to sit in and enjoy the sun. The hosts were warm and generous and so very kind and welcoming. They went out of their way to help us and make us feel welcome. Truly generous souls. We would stay here again, happily! Thank you so much, Roberto and Anastasia!

The picture doesn’t do it justice

Wonderful property. In Abruzzo seeking family roots. House is very spacious, clean and well maintained. Host kept in touch prior to arrival to make sure our needs were met and we would be able to locate the house. Off the beaten path, but nothing extreme. The picture on VRBO shows what looks like a bare lawn. Hardly. Beautiful landscaping on a hillside. Plenty of shade. Great views from the main living area look southeast to a massive mountain fort, adjacent valley and the Adriatic Sea in the distance. Inside is spacious with comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Three baths with showers. AC only in the master bedroom, but hardly needed. Main room has large windows with big openings allowing the mountain air in. Three of four bedrooms had windows for fresh air. Sheep and cattle on nearby property; nice charm, no aromas. Washer available; no dryer, but drying rack and clothes pins provided. Owners wife met us at arrival. Lovely lady did her best to translate for us Americans. Very responsive to questions. Highly recommend this property. Will stay here again if we ever return to Italy.

Casa fantastica

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Roberto e Anastasia per 5 giorni e ci siamo trovati immediatamente a nostro agio! La casa è immersa nel verde tra ulivi, alberi da frutta, un orto per poter raccogliere gli ortaggi e un agolo per rilassarsi. All'interno la casa è dotata di tutti i confort, ma la cosa che lascia senza fiato è la vista meravigliosa che si gode dalla sala luminosa e incantevole. Grazie ai padroni di casa per la loro disponibilità e gentilezza. Se ripasseremo da queste parti torneremo sicuramente.

Accueil chaleureux dans une maison incroyable

La maison est exceptionnelle. Parfaite avec ses espaces communs et individuels. Jardin approprié. La maison est d'une propreté incroyable. Les propriétaires sont tellement gentils, accueillants, souriants et plein d attention. Ils ont rendus nos vacances inoubliables. Maison au calme mais a côté des plages, des randonnées et tellement d autres découvertes (Rome a 2h30). Vraiment allez-y les yeux fermés. Merci pour tout

Host e struttura super consigliati

Abbiamo soggiornano soltanto per una notte, la struttura è molto bella e super organizzata per qualunque necessità (in pieno luglio abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il ventilatore con nebulizzatore d'acqua in casa e l'amaca in giardino, al fresco sotto due pini). Anastasia e Roberto sono davvero molto cordiali e disponibili, ci hanno anche consigliato un ristorante per la sera, è stato un piacere avere a che fare con loro.

Fantastico soggiorno

Fantastico soggiorno tra la quiete delle montagne, immersi nella natura. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa magnifica casa, piena di storia, arredata con mobili antichi e curati nel dettaglio. Ciò che ha reso ancora più speciale il nostro fine settimana sono stati i magnifici host che ci hanno ospitati e coccolati, a tal punto da offrirsi di accompagnarci mattina e sera ad Ascoli Piceno centro. Abbiamo passato davvero un weekend magico.

Vacanza incantevole in Abruzzo presso Casa di Campagna gli Ulivi a Civitella del Tronto

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza indimenticabile in uno dei luoghi più belli d'Italia. La Casa di Campagna gli Ulivi di Civitella del Tronto si trova immersa in un paesaggio mozzafiato circondata da colline e olivi. Il posto è ideale per trascorrere dei giorni in tranquillità contemplando la bellezza naturale dei territori circostanti. A pochi chilometri si trova il mare per chi desidera condividere la passione della spiaggia oltre che quella della montagna. La famiglia proprietaria dell'alloggio Roberto e Anastasia si sono dimostrati sempre cortesi e disponibili. La casa è stata ristrutturata ed è a dir poco bellissima arredata con fine gusto e dotata di ogni confort. La sala da pranzo è provvista di una vista incantevole da cui e possibile ammirare i resti della fortezza di Civitella del Tronto. Consigliamo a tutti questo luogo meraviglioso. Noi il prossimo anno ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Ci mettiamo tutto il nostro cuore e impegno affinchè possano trascorrere dei giorni in completo relax in questo posto magico. Valter e la sua bellissima famiglia sono persone speciali, molto cordiali e gentili con cui abbiamo fatto subito amicizia ma purtroppo i giorni sono passati troppo in fretta, vederli partire ci è dispiaciuto. Conoscerli ci è da stimolo per migliorarci e per raggiungere altri obiettivi. Grazie di cuore.
