Village house in former stables and hayloft, fully renovated and comfortable, in the heart of a small village in the Drôme Provençale (60 inhabitants). Cottage with kitchen, living and sleeping (convertible good quality) in separate living room on the ground floor; bedroom with queen size double bed and living room with two single beds and bathroom upstairs. Overlooking the Oule valley, overlooked by the ruins of a 12th century medieval castle. 400 m from the water of the Pas des Ondes (a lake with beaches for supervised swimming July / August and a lake for fishing, fast food, showers and sanitary on the site). Village very quiet, flowery and sunny (no traffic near the cottage, access is on foot with parking spaces nearby, the rental being located on a small square at the top of the village). Ideal setting for family holidays type "nature" or sports (marked hiking, kilometers of paths and trails for walks between linden trees, villages and hills, mountain biking, swimming, fishing, horseback riding, via ferrata, altiport for baptisms of the air...). Beautiful starry nights (no light pollution). Restaurant in the village. Laundry and traditional bread oven next to the cottage. Completely renovated and all comfort.
