In the heart of the enchanting medieval village of San Giovanni, a jewel sculpted in the pink stone of Subasio, lies "Casetta Nonna Augusta", a small independent stone house, recently renovated, on two levels and equipped with a lovely private square to relax and eat outside, under the shade of the two thick persimmons. Strategic position that allows you to enjoy the beauty and peace of nature, despite being just a few km from Spello and Assisi.
The house is about 36 square meters: on the ground floor there is the dining room-kitchen with fireplace, on the upper floor, accessible from the internal staircase, there is a bedroom (with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed) with cast iron stove and a bath.
