Of about thirty square meters, it consists of a living room-kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower, and a room with a bed 140 of very good quality and opposite a dressing area (dressing room, dressing table / office, mirror). The kitchen is well equipped (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, utensils). The sofa is BZ type, convertible into a 140 bed. WiFi access, TV.

Glorious ancient city

Its a first floor apartment, with kitchen/sitting room, shower/WC , and bedroom. Sizeable bed, and small desk, in bedroom overlooking main "street". (Theres a cafe opposite, but little noise.) All facilities adequate or more. Super veggie restaurant downstairs, but only open at lunchtimes Tuesday to Saturday. Very helpful hosts, its a great base for exploration of the town and beyond.

Appartement propre et tres agréable. La proximité du centre historique animé et toutes commodités est tres appréciable. Je recommande d aller manger au restaurant végétarien juste en dessous de la location. Nous avons pu visiter la tres belle ville de Périgueux sans prendre la voiture. A refaire.

L'appartement est tout à fait conforme à la description de l'annonce :Propre, spacieux, bien équipé, confortable, tranquille et indépendant en plein cœur du centre historique de Périgueux, tout proche à pieds de tous commerces, et juste au-dessus d'un excellent et convivial restaurant Bio végé, avec des plats savoureux réinventés tous les jours et une terrasse ombragée, dont s'occupent également nos hôtes, Daria & Cyrille, avec autant d'efficacité et de de discrétion que de gentillesse .Mon séjour n'aurait pas été aussi appréciable sans la qualité de cet hébergement, son emplacement presque idéal, son prix très raisonnable et l'hospitalité de mes hôtes .Je prévois donc déjà de relouer pour un prochain séjour à Périgueux dans quelques mois .Vincent Fonteneau

Tres bien situé, calme et suffisant pour deux personnes. Nous avons toujours trouvé des places pour nous garer gratuites. Et les propriétaires tres sympathiques. La ville est très vivante..nous sommes ravis de notre séjour

Super accueil, le centre ville de Périgueux mérite d'être connu, de nombreux hôtels particuliers, des rues qui nous transportent dans un autre temps. Des restaurants avec de somptueuses terrasses et des mets excellent. Un petit clin d'oeil à tous les bénévoles du musée militaire d'une grande richesse. A visiter

Parfaitement situé

Logement très propre et très bien agencé, situé au plein de coeur de la très jolie vieille ville de Périgueux. Nous le recommandons vivement. Nous remercions nos hôtes pour leur accueil et nous ne pouvons que vous conseiller de vous rendre au restaurant pour goûter à la fine et délicieuse cuisine de Daria. Merci encore.
