It comprises: a living room with kitchen "American"; separate toilet; large bedroom and adjoining bathroom.
the kitchen has a gas cooker with oven, a microwave, a coffee maker and a toaster; and a dining area with table and 4 chairs.
the living room has a sofa-bed, coffee table, flat screen TV.
The room consists of a 140x190 bed with 2 bedside tables, wardrobe and is tastefully decorated.

A delightful place

Everything was delightful. We had a warm and friendly welcome. The property is ideal for two, it is well equipped and has modern stylish decoration. It is well located, with easy access to many beautiful places to visit. Perfect.

Peaceful Stay on the edge of Periguex

This is a very well presented property in Chancemade 5 km from the centre of Perigeux. Easy car parking and beautiful view of large garden and adjoining forest from the terrace. Easy access to good supermarkets and to attractions such as Brantome without the hassle of Perigeux traffic. Hosts very welcoming.

Lovely house set in large grounds surrounded by woodland. Secure with electric gates, private and tranquil, sunny patio area with large parasol, tables and chairs, and loungers. Exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable, nice shower, mosquito net over the shower-room window, plenty of sockets, electric shutters. We had everything we needed for our wonderful month there. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and looked after us discretely. Several supermarkets in the vicinity and also a Biocoop.

Tout était parfait, rien ne manquait, propreté irréprochable et confort de la literie en 160 était un plus ainsi qu’un confortable canapé.La Clim était très appréciable dans cette petite maison au calme, sans vis à visTous les commerces sont à 1 km maxi.Les propriétaires sont charmants et discrets.Nous y revendrons avec plaisir Evelyne et Michel

consommation excessive d'eau (machine à laver le linge quotidienne ?) malgré les recommandations apportées par le propriétaire suite à un communiqué de la commune demandant une restriction de l'usage de l'eau (plan VigiEau) dans le cadre de la sécheresse => non respect du règlement

séjour super agréable au calme

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans cette petite maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût. les hôtes sont accueillants et très sympathiques. l'endroit est calme et sécurisant grâce à la cour fermée. L'équipement est complet, rien ne manque pour passer un agréable séjour. si nous revenons en Dordogne, nous n'hésiterons pas à louer à nouveau cette petite résidence.

Très bon sejour

Notre séjour c'est très bien passé, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par la propriétaire. Les propriétaires sont très agréables, toujours aux petits soins et rapide pour répondre en cas de besoin. La location est intimiste, calme et tranquille dans un cadre verdoyant agréable. La location est conforme à l'annonce bien agencée et fournie ce qui nous a permis de passer un très bon séjour pour notre couple. Il manquerait peut-être un lave vaisselle pour plus de confort pour les séjours de longue durée toutefois cela ne nous a pas dérangé.

Nous l'avons mais il nous faudrait revoir la disposition des meubles dans le coin cuisine. Pour le moment et après un petit sondage auprès de nos voyageurs les années précédentes, c'estt le lave linge qui l'emportait 😉 Votre idée reste en tous cas la nôtre et espérons pouvoir installer ce lave vaisselle dès que nous pourrons. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Chancelade bei äußerst freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermietern. Das Haus war wie beschrieben, sehr gepflegt und sauber und hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt!

Bon appartement près de Périgueux

Nous avons passé un bon sejour à cet appartement. L'appartement est très propre et bien équipé. On peut sécuriser le parking. Les hôtes sont sympathiques et serviables. Tous les commerces sont dans les environs. Nous sommes très contents.
