Plan a perfect relaxing stay in this elegant house of 120 m2, made of hemp and lime wood, sheltered deep in a stalemate. The building is surrounded by 2 separate terraces, one of which opens onto a lovely garden. 2 large outdoor living spaces feature all the garden accessories necessary for ultimate comfort, chairs, tables, barbecue and sun loungers. Very spacious and with south-west exposure this house, located in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, satisfy all your desires of calm, relaxation and family comfort.

Inside the house, you will enjoy comfortable spaces perfectly arranged and modern services:

- A large kitchen with new appliances and high-performance device.
- A large living room with 2 comfortable sofas and a dining room table.
- Upstairs, find 2 rooms each equipped with new bedding with a bed of 160 x 200 and a second bed of 140 x 200.
- Add to this, on the ground floor, a perfect independent space for a teenager or a couple, filled with a new sofa bed with the dimensions of 140 x 200.

A well-stocked library with novels and regional guides, games companies and, for lovers of walking fishing equipment, are available.

The pedestrian paths leave home and join the coastal paths, borders of rivirères Bono and Auray. A beautiful clearing in the pines near a river is within walking distance of the house. Ideal for naps, picknick and for children.

We will discover our favorite places around the house and Plougoumelen .. The small Gulf islands accessible at low tide, small beaches we love, the best views of the Gulf not to miss anything of this ever changing inland sea.

The house is charming and suited us perfectly as a base to relax. The village itself is pretty small and quiet but is well located with lots of different places to go all within a very short distance.

Beautiful place!

We had a lovely stay at Christophe’s house. The property is very comfortable and well equipped and there are some beautiful places to walk and visit nearby. Highly recommended!

Fijn gezellig huis

Het huis van Philippe is leuk en persoonlijk ingericht. Heerlijk was de grote servieskast en het terras met eettafel buiten. Keuken van alles voorzien. In de buurt mooie wandelingen, stadjes Auray en Vannes.

We hebben hier een mooie, ontspannende week gehad. De omgeving is prachtig. Genieten van de diverse uitzichten op de Golf van Morbihan, het effect van de getijden op het landschap. Authentieke dorpjes, vriendelijke mensen, lekker eten... Het huis in Plougoumelen is mooi gemaakt, gezellig ingericht, en alles is voorzien. Zeer sympathieke eigenaar, die uitgebreid tijd maakt om te vertellen wat de moeite waard is om te doen in de omgeving. Een aanrader!

Très chouet maison, meublé avec du bon goût! Emplacement stratégique, près de Vannes, Lorient, la côte sauvage etc. A revenir rapidement!!!!

This house is nicely made and its interior mirrors a heart. The kitchen is fully equipped and so is the lounge which provides a lot of selected literature about the area and more. The bathroom is "cool and collected". The only very minor issue is that the cooker is an induction cooker so your espresso maker that you bring will not work. As said, very minor. The environment is adequately described. A wonderful beach ("Ty Hoche") is a little less than 30 mins away. Exit to the right on the entry to the Presqu'ile de Quiberon (D768).
