Une maison confortable dans un grand parc arboré

Un séjour au calme dans une maison de charme. Maison bien équipée : cuisine, salon et extérieur. Seul regret la localisation n’est pas très propice au déplacement à vélo à cause du manque de vraies pistes cyclables.

Calme et espace à moins d'1 km de la plage de Suscinio

Les charmes de cette maison bretonne du XIXème Siècle, partiellement agrandie côté Nord, résident incontestablement, d'une part, dans les grands espaces offerts par l'ensemble salon, cuisine-salle à manger, laquelle dispose de deux grandes baies ouvrant sur le parc, où les enfants peuvent se créer des histoires et jouer dans les herbes hautes et, d'autre part, dans l'esthétique de sa façade ancienne Sud, qui fait face à une petite dépendance de la même époque. Parmi les quatre chambres, une est située dans l'agrandissement. Deux comportent un lavabo, un WC et une douche, fonctionnels bien qu'anciens, permettant de délester favorablement l'unique salle de bains de la maison. Il faut également saluer la grande disponibilité, même à distance, du propriétaire, qui se montre très arrangeant si nécessaire (modification de réservation demandée dans le délai d'annulation totale et accordée, mise à disposition de son fumoir personnel en lieu et place du barbecue récemment devenu hors d'usage) et la qualité de l'accueil de Jennifer. Nous avons donc passé un agréable séjour. On relève comme points d'amélioration possibles : - un grand ménage une fois de temps en temps, qui permettrait d'évacuer notamment les dépôts et autres insectes tombés devant les fenêtres, les gros moutons de poussière sous les lits avant l'arrivée des locataires et quelques toiles d'arraignées ; - un garnissage un peu plus généreux de la cuisine en produits de base tels que sel de table, huile, vinaigre, éventuellement quelques épices, à charge pour chacun de les remplacer au fil de l'eau, mais peut-être des locataires précédents avaient-ils tout emmené à leur départ...

Une jolie maison bretonne lumineuse !

Très belle semaine dans une maison alliant charme, espace et calme, tout en étant proche de la mer et de Sarzeau.

Grande maison au calme

Magnifique villa ancienne renouvelée. Nous étions deux familles avec enfants et ils se sont bien amusés. Bien au calme et près de la mer. L’énorme parc arboré pourrait être mieux entretenu (mais cela n’a pas gêné). En revanche manque une grande table à l’extérieur pour pouvoir manger (nous étions 9). L’énorme table de la cuisine a fait l’affaire. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et si l’occasion se présentait nous relouerions à nouveau cette belle maison.

Charmantes bretonisches Haus

Das alte charmante Bauernhaus mit modernem Anbau liegt auf einem riesigen, teilweise bewaldeten Grundstück. Wir haben den gepflegten Innenhof und den Ausblick in den wilden Garten genossen. Abends haben wir gern die schönen Blumen gewässert. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und äußerst praktisch. So auch das Bad im Anbau. Die zwei Zimmer, die über den Hof zu erreichen sind, haben wir nur für unseren Besuch genutzt, den wir netterweise ohne Aufpreis empfangen durften. Sie sind mit einer chemischen Toilette ausgestattet. Deshalb halten wir eine Belegung des Ferienhauses zu fünft mit Wochenendbesuch in den separat gelegenen Zimmern für perfekt. Die Halbinsel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Traumhafte Strände nur wenige Autominuten entfernt, bzw. eine halbe Stunde Fußmarsch.
