Come and relax at one of Destin's most luxurious high-rise condominiums. This lovely 8th floor condo features a king bedroom, two full sized beds, 2 bathrooms and a sleeper sofa for the kids. Enjoy the fully stocked & upgraded kitchen for your meal times. The open floor plan will allow you to connect with everyone in your party. Enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer & dryer right in the unit. After a long day of fun and sun take in the breath taking panoramic Gulf views from your oversized balcony!

The highlight of the condo's endless amenities is a multi-level indoor/outdoor pool, fitness center, and hot tub. So whether you want sun or shade you have at all with this pool and deck area. The pool is heated seasonally for your comfort.

You are just steps to the most beautiful sugar white sandy beach of Miramar Beach, FL.

Majestic Sun also has covered parking. Additionally, Majestic Sun is located on beautiful Seascape Resort with its 18-hole championship golf course, conference center, eight tennis courts, fresh water lakes and lovely park grounds.

This family vacation resort is convenient to casual and fine dining restaurants, shopping at Silver Sands Factory Outlet mall or Destin Commons and the area's many attractions. You are just steps to The Whale's Tail and the Cabana Club for dining, entertainment and refreshments.

This unit as of Spring 2016 has gotten all new living room furniture and carpet in the bedrooms.

Each guest will receive up to 2 free parking passes. Each additional parking pass will cost the guest $10 which is payable by cash only. Guest will be required to pay for the extra parking pass upon arrival.

Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Please note- We have very strict Spring Break policies and do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We require there to be one adult over 25 for every two people under 25. We only take family vacations. No exceptions!

The condo was a bit out dated, BUT it was a great value, we have stayed at Majestic Many times and we always enjoy it, we will rent from you again!It would be nice if there was a small dishwashing liquid, more than one garbage bag and extra toilet paper… do not think we are gripping we will be back!

Stayed here for the 4th; awesome view of the beach and fireworks. They had a nice mix of cooking wares and food storage. Unit was very clean and organized. Plenty of room for 7 of us. We had a great experience and will be coming back!

The property was great, we just had a couple of item that we believe that would be a plus, we had half of a roll of paper towels, there wasn't any extra toilet paper - just what was in the bathrooms and there wasn't ant extra kitchen trash bags, non of these items were listed within the website. One of our Family members had rented another room and they had items listed above were provided. With this said ,we cexperienced a great stay at this property.

Location was great. Have stayed here before, different condo unit. This unit in particular, least favorite we have ever stayed in. Not the cleanest. Carpet in bedrooms, not the greatest of ideas for a beach at all. (For others, carpet may be their thing, just not me.). Everything else condo wise, just okay. We still had a GREAT time. Will stay again at Majestic Sun, but not this unit. Will make sure it is carpet free! I do want to say check in and check out was perfect!!! Super easy process and absolutely no issues!

We have been coming to the Majestic Sun for 8 years . Condo was nice but could use some updating to appliances , pans , and pictures with the paint all chipped off . Was clean though and comfortable . Blinds in bedrooms could be improved or a curtain as the outside light coming in was like sleeping with the light on .

Nice location. Needed a MAJOR deep clean and many repairs/upgrades.

The unit is very outdated. I would not rent this property again. The pictures do not match the description. Needs complete remodel and major deep clean. Carpets had stains all over so we had to keep shoes on. Use caution with sliding door. It was broken when were there and my daughter hurt her hand on it. It is in a nice location with a good view. Indoor pool is nice. We were given partial refund which we appreciated.

Booked this condo for world series for softball for a week. The view was amazing. It was spacious for our group. You have the pool and walk right across the street you have the beach. So many places near you too. Will definitely add this to my list of places to stay.

We rented this property about 3 months prior to visit in order to join another family friends who rented at same bldg same week. We thought the rent after adding all the extra fees +++ was waaay too much. But it’s because the location and the view was great. It was clean and exactly as seen in pics. But it needs some improvement. The bedroom blinds was not working. No light in the balcony. The iron doesn’t work. The pans are old & sticky. Only 3 hangers in the closet. Not even one hook on the bathroom door to hang our stuff. The bathrooms faucets dripping, we had to push down tightly to stop it. This was our second time renting an apartment while on vacation. Overall it was a good experience but we believe we were way overcharged for this one.

This place was perfect for four family. We have toddlers so they cannot make giant treks to the beach the beach was just across the street. There was also a indoor pool that was perfect because it was October and a little cooler on some days.. our actual room was a little run down, one of the sinks didn’t work In the master, The screen was ripped on the balcony porch, I don’t think it was “COVID cleaned”like they said because there was a sticky spot in he counter. But overall it was really Nice and helped us in a pinch when a hurricane knocked out our condo in perdidio key! We would come again!
