Majestic Sun 612A w/ Gulf Views

612A, a standard unit, giving you gulf views from the Living room only and is located on the 6th floor of the Majestic Sun. This unit features a king in the master, one fulll bed and one twin bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room!

As of 2015 this unit has granite in the bathrooms and kitchen.

New stainles steel appliances were installed during June of 2022.

As of September 2022, the unit has all new paint throughout the entire condo, new 75 inch TV, new TV console, new bedding, drapes, and new patio furniture. A new sofa and chair was added in January of 2022!
New carpet was installed in the Fall of 2021.

All units at Majestic Sun will have amazing unobstructed gulf views!

Beautifully appointed interiors throughout this condo put you in total relaxation. Enjoy your gorgeous unobstructed gulf view from your private balcony, living room, or dining area!

Heated Indoor/Outdoor pool is also provided as well as on site fitness center and covered parking garage.

Enjoy long walks on our sugar white beaches along our stunning emerald coast!!

Each guest will receive up to 2 free parking passes. Each additional parking pass will cost the guest $10 which is payable by cash only. Guest will be required to pay for the extra parking pass upon arrival.

Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Please note- We have very strict Spring Break policies and do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We require there to be one adult over 25 for every two people under 25. We only take family vacations. No exceptions!

Property was nice to stay in, cleaning needs a little work but we understand that’s it’s peak season but it wouldn’t hurt to put more effort into the cleaning. There was sand and the toilets and restroom tubs a lil too dirty but overall it’s a great location! Beach was so close, restaurants and store nearby. Definitely will book again in the future

Very nice but too crowded

The condo was neat and clean. Everything was nice except the dishwasher didn’t work. The walk to the beach was short. Only complaint about the beach is the resort puts up rental chairs all along the beach and we had our own chairs and umbrella and had to set up behind the rentals. There were so many people on the beach it was hard to find our family most days. Never seen Miramar this crowded. My husband enjoyed fishing in the lake behind the resort, and he caught about 8 or 9 fish. He didn’t keep any but he had fun. Overall it was a great trip.

Wonderful location

My only complaint is how terrible the two mattress in the shared room. The king bed was fine. The other two were really, really bad. The location was PERFECT! The pools were nice and the gulf view was amazing. Will absolutely stay again but I will be claiming the king bed next time.

A little disappointing.

We frequently stay at Majestic Sun. This unit had some issues though. The double bed in the second bedroom needs replacing bad. The dishwasher did not work and no attempt to repair was made after a call to property manager.

Comfortable Condo with easy beach access!

We enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had basic utensils, pots. and pans available, and the condo had a great view of the ocean. The best part of this unit is how easy it is to get to the beach! We would love to stay here again for another great beach getaway.

Great getaway!

No complaints! The condo was perfect: clean, spacious, and a great balcony with an amazing view. There were 3 of us - an adult and a child shared the second bedroom, with plenty of room. Getting to the beach was very easy - down the elevator, through the pool, cross the street, arrive at beach. The condo had a well-stocked kitchen with all non-food supplies you might need. We would book again! Thanks for a great place to stay!
