Our stay

There was limited floor space to lay down and open two big suitcases. The apartment was cold and no timely response to a question for turning on the heat. There were no extra blankets for the beds. Windows didn’t close properly and the stove stopped working on the morning of our departure. The kitchen would benefit by having kitchen paper and suitable dish clothes.

Gorgeous flat could be 5 stars

Very nicely appointed. Fantasic location next to church had us listening to choir practice in the evening. Great front wondow to people watch. Nice quiet garden. Close to transport. Great communication through the app for check in and out. Nice to offer umbrellas! Super comfortable beds! Good wifi once we found the correct wifi and password (2 choices), paperwork not updated. What could make this a 5 star stay? Clean floors. The bathroom floor was not sanitized or cleaned. Hairs and dirt. Yuck! More toilet paper would be an upgrade. We had to ration and shouldnt have to!! Paper towels would be nice to clean up spills or use as napkins. Clocks that have batteries. Usless decor otherwise! Provide two starter coffee pods and tell us the type needed! Better direction with trash locations.
