With capacity for 6 people, this spacious three-storey house has three bedrooms,two bathrooms, a toilet and a garage. . Its incredible terrace with sea views is exceptional for relaxing at sunset. With fibre optic WiFi, it is perfect both for holidays and for teleworking in a privileged and unforgettable setting.
This charming home, with its unique character, is distributed over three floors, creating the perfect space for families and groups of friends. Designed for comfort and warmth, it offers a cosy atmosphere where you can feel at home.
On the ground floor, there is a garage for two cars and a spacious living area. On the first floor, a pleasant terrace with sea views invites you to relax, while the fully equipped kitchen, open to the spacious living room with Smart TV, creates an ideal space to share special moments. In addition, there is a guest toilet and an interior courtyard that provides light.
The top floor houses the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has two single beds, en suite bathroom and balcony with sea views. The second bedroom, with two single beds, opens onto a warm interior terrace, and the third bedroom with two single beds provides a comfortable environment. A separate bathroom completes this floor, guaranteeing privacy and comfort for all guests.
This spacious and cosy home, with stunning sea views, provides all the comforts to enjoy an incomparable stay.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and ceiling fans in all rooms, as well as additional amenities such as washing machine and hoover, to ensure a comfortable stay.
For families travelling with babies, we provide a cot and highchair at no extra cost for the first baby, ensuring a pleasant and peaceful stay for all.

Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer d'agréables vacances
Il ne manque rien, literie impeccable, petites attentions des propriétaires( bière et eau fraîche, café, fruits, sucreries, ....),propreté irréprochable, disponibilité et gentillesse des proprio, magasins proches, déplacements faciles ,l'autoroute est proche. Bref , si je reviens sur l'île, je sais où loger.
