Newly renovated apartment in beautiful surroundings with stunning views and in a quiet area close to golf courses and Puerto Banus.
The apartment is tastefully furnished and contains what you need for a lovely holiday. There is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a living room.
The kitchen is equipped with all the basic things and have oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. The kitchen is in connection with the living room which contains a dining area and a cosy sofa area where there is Smart TV. There is direct access to the terrace which has garden furniture and sunbeds. Here you can enjoy meals at all times of the day while enjoying the beautiful view to the nearby mountains and Mediterranean Sea.
There are 2 bedrooms:
The 1st bedroom contains 1 double bed and a wardrobe.
The 2nd bedroom contains 1 double bed and a wardrobe.
There is Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the apartment.
Within the urbanización, there is a community swimming pool which is available all year, and there will be sunbeds and parasols available.
The area is used by many golfers and there are several golf courses within short distances. The nearest is Aloha Golf Club, which you can also see from the apartment, and it is only a few hundred meters away (approximately 1 km to the entrance).
A couple of hundred of meters away you will find Aloha Pueblo, and here there is restaurants, where you can enjoy a good meal. The nearest supermarket is 2 km away.
A nice holiday apartment, due to its facilities and location, and is ideal for a comfortable stay at all times of the year.
