Mooi, groot en fijn verblijf met zwembad op een mooie lokatie

We zijn terug thuis van een fijn verblijf in de mooie woning met zwembad van Mr en Mevr Guardia. De woning bevindt zich op een groot domein van 15ha, dat beplant werd met talloze bomen.De vriendelijke eigenaars wonen op hetzelfde domein, maar de gehuurde woning situeert zich zo, dat de privacy volledig gerespecteerd wordt. Zeer geriefelijke en ruime woning, met alles erop en eraan. We hebben er als gezin een fijne vakantie beleefd. Hartelijk dank!

Séjour au calme parfait !

Notre séjour dans la villa s’est super bien passé. La maison est spacieuse avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin, également pour notre fils de 2 ans. Acceuil parfait et Sandra était toujours à disposition en cas de question concernant la maison ou si nous cherchions des chouettes choses à voir/faire! Il y a pleins de jolis endroits pas loin de la maison. Nous reviendrions sans hésiter! Merci beaucoup!

Superbes vacances dans cette belle villa

Suite à notre semaine de vacances au sein de votre maison, nous avons passé avec mes amis de superbes vacances dans ce lieu. Nicolas et Cindy nous ont réservé un très bon accueil avec toutes les explications nécessaires pour passer un bon sejour. Voisins très discrets et présent en cas de besoin. Il n'y a rien de négatif sur cette location: - cadre magnifique et très calme - superbe pisicne avec son espace - maison très bien équipée - nombreux commerces à proximité - proche de Narbonne et Narbonne Plage pour profiter des visites et de la plage - assez d'espace, de lits pour 6 adultes Je recommande cette location sans hésiter.

Maison agréable, accueil sympathique, dans un bel endroit. Précision, la maison est mitoyenne même si lors de notre séjour les habitants n'ont quasiment pas étés présent, seul point négatif des chiens se trouvent dans cette partie de la maison et forcément se font entendre mais le problème fut régler rapidement. À part ce petit problème séjour très agréable.

Annonce trompeuse et propreté de la maison en dessous de tout.

Quand vous regardez l'annoce, il n''est pas expliqué qu'il n'y a qu'une salle de bains pour toute la maison. Il y a bien une douche à l'exterieur mais dans un état pitoyable à notre arrivée. Cette maison convient pour maximum 4 adultes mais n'est pas adaptée pour 6 adultes. A notre arrivée, deux lits étaient prêts et heureusement que nous sommes arrivés quand la femme de ménage était encore presente pour lui signaler qu'il fallait trois lits. Ensuite, la propreté, en un mot : pitoyable. Nous avons payé cher pour le nettoyage, c'est affolant, un exemple : un morceau de sopalin passé sur l'étagère de la salle de bains et : tout noir, incroyable. Je pense que nous n'avons pas les mêmes notions pour le nettoyage. Ce qui n'est pas noté, c'est qu'il y a une maison juste à côté et qu'il y a 4 chiens.....et que deux chambres donnent directement sur la cour, les voisins étant aussi en vacances, les chiens étaient trés agités et venaient gratter aux fenêtres toute la nuit....que du bonheur..... C'est malheureux car l'emplacement est bien et la propriété est assez jolie de l'exterieur, la personne qui dvait s'occuper de la piscine est venu deux fois sur 15 jours, le reste du temps c'est nous qui avons nettoyer la piscine, avec le vent, il y a assez bien de saletés qui volent et tombent dans l'eau. En résumé, c'est la deception car les congés c'est important !!

La maison est extrêmement confortable et bien équipée. La piscine et les extérieurs sont exceptionnels! L'accueil par les gardiens très convivial. La situation : proche des plages mais avec le calme de la campagne, le canal du midi, des petits villages à visiter… Bref : idéal pour nous. Nous conseillons cette adresse sans hésiter.
