Awesome place and just far enough away from the town to be more private with fewer people on the beach. House is well appointed and comfortable for a large group.

Great place for our multi-family beach vacation.

Fantastic location for our family, so close to the beach, and in a quiet neighborhood. There's a small but nice park one block down the street, and our grandchildren enjoyed playing there every morning. We rented both units, and both were very clean, bedrooms were bigger than expected, good beds, nice washers & dryers and appliances. So nice to have the beach chairs, umbrellas, and buckets & shovels for playing in the sand. Management company very responsive to my questions.

Very nice and Convenient

The property was a great location to the beach. It was clean and modern. It had everything one needed to be comfortable. Easy access to the PCH and had 2 parks withing walking distance. Management was easy to get contact and responded promptly to our calls. We would efinitely stay here again.

Great beach rental

Location was fantastic and house was comfortable. We appreciated having a grill, laundry machines, beach chairs and toys to use. Property manager was great. Only problems for us were lack of clothes iron and blow dryers (for getting ready for family pictures) and we couldn’t get the blender or tv remote to work.

Great spot close to the beach

This location was awesome and within 50 feet of the beach. We had a great time, there was a couple of things I wish I had known though. There was construction on both streets the one in front and the on behind so there was no sleeping in as they were loud. Of course not the owners fault. The garages are super tiny only big enough for a small car or small SUV. We each have chevy trucks so our vehicles would not fit. Which brings me to the next issue we discovered which was parking. The streets are filled with people who are going surfing and swimming all day. They park along the street right in front of the house so there is no guaranteed parking and you basically have to watch for a spot to open up and jump in it before anyone else could. All that being said it was beautiful and were were able to walk to restaurants locally without having to drive anywhere so once we were parked we didn't have to move. I would definitely stay here again. 🙂

Love this house!

This is our second time staying at this property and once again - it did not disappoint. Very comfortable for all of our guests, great location just steps from the beach, lots of parking (4 spots included) and we had no issues with street parking. Communication with Host was great - definitely planning to book again next summer!

Location great, and layout of both units very nice. Negatives: Found a pair of underwear under a bed. Found a condom wrapper on a bedroom floor. Leaking bathroom faucet in lower bathroom No food serving pieces, ie., large bowls or platters Upstairs coffee maker did not work No outdoor furniture on upper balcony TV service intermittent Upper unit washing machine very loud and noisy Lower unit dishwasher did not work

Great property and location!!

I could not be happier with our stay here! The property was exactly as described, and was perfect for our family. There were 9 of us in our group, and there was more than enough space. Great bedrooms, spacious floorpan, clean, great neighborhood, and amazing location really close to the sand. The property managers (Novelle @ Parisian Management) were fantastic - they really made an effort to communicate and make sure everything was ready for us, and were so easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Great location, great house!

This house worked great for our extended family vacation! The home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and the beach was just a short walk across the street. We would definitely recommend this home.

Great rental in an awesome location!

We had the privilege to rent both the upstairs and downstairs units at Oceanire. Both levels were clean, tastefully decorated, and stocked with all the necessities. The location was literally a street from the beach so accessible. The area of the beach seemed less populated than others, which we enjoyed. The rental, overall, is logistically good, as it close to so many must see areas.
