This is a beautiful property in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. We stayed with 7 adults and 2 small children and it was perfect. We had plenty of room. The bedrooms were all spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms very clean and the gathering areas spacious and bright. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. This is a great property.

Great location and space for family

We stayed here for our son's graduation from Chapman U and had plenty of space for all of our family. 5 big bedrooms, great bathrooms, wonderful living space and it's only 5ish minutes from the Lido Marina with great shopping and restaurants. Eddie was very communicative and helpful. This is a very easy listing to communicate with which we appreciated.

Perfect spot

This house was in an amazing part of town, you felt safe and had every store and convenience you needed close by— it was also a short drive to Disneyland. The neighborhood is very calm and quiet and the house is extremely comfortable. The entire process was very smooth.

Perfect house for a family reunion!

The house is absolutely perfect for my family of 11. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. The hockey table was a bonus! The property manager was quick to resolve a couple of issues we had. Overall, it was a great experience at a great house!!

Crystal Cove is AMAZING

Our stay at Crystal Cove was truly an amazing experience for our family vacation in Newport. AvantStay provides amazing communications and concierge service. They checked in on us every day to see if we needed anything. It was almost as if we were staying at a hotel! My dad does plenty of cooking and the house came equipped with everything we needed. I would highly recommend anyone stay here.

Girlfriend get away

There are 6 of us girls who met as waitresses while going to college. We’ve been getting together for 40 years now. This was a beautiful house and had 5 bedrooms with king beds so very comfortable! We grew up in this area and know all the great places and don’t necessarily need to be right on the beach. We stay in a lot and laugh, play games and drink wine! My only complaint is they did not have wine glasses!! They had little stemless glasses but we like wine glasses. Also the kitchen isn’t stocked real well like other houses we’ve stayed at. Just the minimum. Other than that, a wonderful house!!

Awesome place for a family birthday celebration!

There were 9 of us to celebrate my Mom’s 90th birthday. The place was perfect being so close to the airport and the beach. We had had tickets to the Pageant of the Masters in Laguna Beach which was not too far down the Pacific Coast Highway. A big plus for each of the couples was to have their own room upstairs and my Mom having her own room downstairs, all with King or Queen beds. We ate most of our meals at the house. The kitchen had everything we needed. The air hockey table was nice to have. There were also books, games and puzzles, but we ended up not having time to take advantage of this. Some issues that we came across during our stay which would be helpful to address for future guests: (1) end bedroom shower door adjustment needed (2) Primary bedroom lights over bed did not work (3) Stove ignitors clicking on burners _not_ in use if using any others (4) ice maker had constant jamming (5) no lock on downstairs bathroom (6) wifi spotty both downstairs and upstairs (7) Understood no air conditioning downstairs. Was a bit uncomfortable with doors open. With the fans going it was hard to hear others talk. I had asked ahead of time if there were beach chairs and umbrellas available to borrow, and was told that the property had none and these needed to be rented. We realized later that beach equipment and towels were available which we borrowed. All in all, our experience was wonderful. Property manager was responsive with any questions we had during our stay.
