The house is located in a quiet area surrounded by olive and carob trees, about 3 km from the hamlet of San Giacomo (fraction of Ragusa), where you can shop for daily needs, about 4 km there is the nature reserve "Cava dei servi di Dio", about 5 km away is the lake of Santa Rosalia, a dam that collects water from the IRMINIO river also this natural and landscape reserve, full of charm and particular presences of protected flora and fauna; Modica is 15 km away, a town in the county famous for its renowned Atzeca traditional chocolate and for its food and wine culture rich in peasant traditions, Ragusa Ibla, famous for its baroque, is 15 km away, and about 40 km you can visit Known, this city is also famous for its baroque and for its food and wine tradition, equally rich and appreciated; in a radius ranging from 15 to 40 km there are other cities equally famous and appreciated for their peasant tradition for the huge baroque imprint and the culinary and food and wine traditions, cities such as Palazzolo Acreide, Giarratana, Scicli (made famous by the filming of the screenplay "Il commissario Montalbano") as well as for its baroque culture.

Fantastic!!!
We had a fantastic time in Modica. Giorgio and his wife gave us a very warm welcome, with lemon cake, home made jelly and homemade olive oil. The house is very, very nice, well equipped and the view from the garden is gorgeous. Lots of nice things to do in the area. And last but not least, a great garden where you can relax. Wifi works fine....for us defenitely a place to go back to.

La loro cordialità e semplicità ci ha coinvolto e dopo il loro arrivo a casa è stato come se ci conoscessimo da tanto tempo. Hanno lasciato la casa pulita ed in ordine, sono gli ospiti che avresti piacere di ospitare altre volte!

Consigliamo questa casa a chiunque voglia vivere un'esperienza nelle campagne siciliane. Giorgio e Carmela, i proprietari, ci hanno accolto con grande gentilezza, lasciandoci a disposizione anche snack, cose per la colazione, ecc. che solitamente non sono contemplate quando si affitta una casa!
Ci hanno dato consigli sui posti della zona, assicurandosi che tutto procedesse per il meglio.
La casa é grande e pulita, con piscina e ulivi tutt'attorno. Peccato non averci passato più tempo dato che le giornate a disposizione erano poche.

Maison charmante et agréable.
Maison charmante,agréable avec tous le confort et le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances, pas un bruit, on a pu se reposer.Des hôtes super accueillants toujours à l écoute de notre bien-être et d une grande gentillesse. A notre arrivée, un petit apéritif dînatoire nous a été offert, nous avons été reçu agréablement et chaleureusement. Je recommande cette location aux futurs locataires sans problème.

Yolaine et sa famille sont des personnes spéciales, elles ont traité la maison avec beaucoup de soin et d'attention, elles se sont même occupées d'arroser les plantes ! Ils ont laissé la maison en parfait ordre et propreté. Super invités, ce fut un plaisir pour nous de les avoir dans notre maison.

Meraviglioso soggiorno in campagna
I proprietari Giorgio e Carmela ci hanno fatto sentire i benvenuti nella loro casa di campagna e si sono presi cura di noi molto bene. Tutto era conforme alla descrizione e alle foto. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante in una casa molto accogliente e confortevole, con un paesaggio di campagna eccezionale. I bambini hanno apprezzato anche il giardino e la piscina.
