The price includes a gardener for 2 hours per week and weekly pool water quality checks.

On the main floor: a large double living room, a spacious, well-lit veranda, a laundry room, a kitchen, and a guest bathroom.
On the upper floor, there are 3 double rooms and 1 quadruple room with air conditioning, plus 1 single room connecting to a double room; each room has a private bathroom with a bidet and either a tub or shower.
The villa is situated on a gentle hillside, which makes it very breezy and offers a splendid view of the sea, especially at sunset.
