Apartment Santa Justa:
Apartment recently renovated completely and fully equipped to create a pleasant and comfortable stay for our friends visiting Seville. It is a 5-minute walk from Santa Justa High Speed Train Station (AVE) and a 15-minute walk to the historic center of Seville.The newly renovated space with the aim of offering a comfortable stay with everything necessary for our friends to visit Seville.The apartment consists of 3 fully heated bedrooms, a separate kitchen and small but with everything you need for your use, a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. It also has a comfortable living room with TV.Of course the entire stay consists of high speed WIFI internet, so you can work or communicate with friends or family.

Apartamento 3 hab, bien situado, tercero sin ascensor

El apartamento esta bien situado, cerca de la estacion de Santa Justa. Aparcar en el barrio es tarea ardua, casi imposible. Se trata de un edificio antiguo, tercera planta sin ascensor. Esta limpio,aunque las paredes necesitan una mano de pintura con urgencia, la mayoria de las paredes tiene desconchones y marcas. El sofa esta sucio y con manchas. Mal mantenido.

Totally disappointed

I've been renting houses for around a decade and this is my first time that I arrive at a place that looks and feels like I'm in the ghetto. This house is listed for at least 4 people and for me, it was dirty, badly equipped especially in the kitchen, and a very small space. The table was broken and the walls were chipped and dirty, the faucet in the kitchen was loose, the mattresses were very thin, and the light in one room was very dim and not working. If I rent a house with a kitchen, I would expect it to have much of the basic necessities if not more. I cant believe this apartment was under the standard guidelines for Vrbo. The only positive thing about this place is its location next to the train station but other than that, a huge disappointment. I'd rather be at a hotel than stay here.

Lower your expectations!

Apartment is smaller than pictures suggest. It hasn’t been renovated in forever: paint chipping off the walls, walls mead a fresh coat of paint, bathroom was smelly and in one room, the beds weren’t prepared. Very disappointed.

Our Trip To Sevilla

The property was centrally located with lots of restaurants, a supermarket, and bakery very near by. A bonus is the proximity to the rail station. The unit itself was great.
